WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Maryland

This was my first time going to this establishment and when I walked in it was extremely clean and nice. I used to frequent this location when it used to be a Cigar Lounge called the Tobacco Leaf so I was pleasantly surprised when it looked totally different. When I walked up to the register the lady working the register wasn't nice at all. She seemed to have an extreme attitude and just wasn't very pleasant at all. It was my first time and I had a few questions and she wasn't having that at all. I spent 70.00 and her customer service was absolutely terrible!! I went back to order some steak and cheese 🧀 eggs rolls and when I got her attention she just rolled her eyes and turned her back and told the younger lady to help as if she didn't want to be bothered. It's not a good first impression at all. Customer service is just as important as a clean establishment and good food. The young lady who helped the second time was very pleasant and took her time to understand what I was asking. It's a shame she was so unprofessional and wasnt nice because the food was very good. I go to a near by Cigar Lounge and when it closes a lot of us come to this location because it's close and it stays open until 1pm on Friday and Saturday. When they asked me how was it the first thing I could say was this lady wasn't nice so its not her first time because they knew exactly who I was talking about. Thats just bad for buisness!! The owner/manager of this place is very rude, my last interaction with him left a bad taste in my mouth! I ordered dinner to go and I was told my order takes a couple of minutes to be ready. In the mean time I went to next door to grab a meal for my wife. By the time I come back I was not sure if my name was already called. I went to the counter to check if one of the items placed there for pick up is mine. I checked the name and verified it is not mine and turned back to take a seat until my order is ready.

The owner/manager who is nearby spoke to me in a rude tone and threw a tantrum and asked me why I touch other people food. I told him I just checked if the name/number is mine.He tried to engage me in rude back and forth conversation which I did not want to get involved in. It was late at night and I was tired and all I wanted to do is go home and rest. I told him not to talk to me like that again, ignored him and waited for my order to be ready. It was a weird interaction that I did not expect from the owner or the manager of an establishment. So much for their customer service! I will take my business other...

The woman that is here in the evening is very rude and racist. I read reviews (I didn’t before believe) about her and only recently encountered her!!! She was very short and rude with me, interjecting as I ordered with the gentleman, who was very humble and polite by the way. It really ruined the experience, especially after I let her know I felt she was rude, she was even nastier!! She made sure to converse and properly greet the guests that came in after me, that looked more like herself. It was really really disheartening to watch, because she did it so obviously and without care or any concern for my experience. I should express this was as the gentleman behind the counter looked terribly ashamed of her behavior.

It’s a shame because this was actually my first time IN the restaurant to order but I have catered for my business and even ordered lunch delivery for employees numerous times. NEVER AGAIN.
