First of all, the restaurant is clean. To the point where if my entire meal fell on the floor I could still eat it. Ha!

This is our second visit here. I’ve tried the burgers, the seasoned fries, steak and cheese. I’ve also tried Cookie Dough, Creamsicle and Birthday Cake milkshakes. But, let me tell you about the onion rings. Babyyyyy they are the best rings you’ll ever have!

These are not frozen and then dipped. Nope, I stalked the guy who made mine twice now! They are freshly cut, then hand dipped in the best batter and fried to perfection! You can’t even taste the onion because you’ll be hooked on that golden batter! I left mine out for like two hours, ate one and they were still crispy! I’m speechless! I’m in love!

They offer a lot of flavors for the milkshakes, because they have liquid flavors. So, you won’t get a milkshake with items in it. I think for Oreo and Reese’s because I see those in the fridge. Yes, I stalked the milkshake lady too! Milkshakes are OK for me. My son asked me what flavor was his, which tells me the recipe might be off. My daughter asked me last week what flavor was hers. So, might need to work on the shake flavors and ratios. But, not enough to lose a star.

Ordered what i hoped would be a quick and great dinner option for me and the family....Overall ,good customer service, but the onion rings we ordered left a lot to be desired. Felt as though I was eating more breading and dough than anything else, and for what I paid for them, I can't say I'd get them again. I've ordered from other locations and can't say they were ever this badly made. French fries were OK, seasoned with little to no salt. The burgers and great milk shake were the only saving grace. I am very upset that I was unable to get a resolution once I phoned in to make the issue known due to management not being in and not providing the associates on duty with proper training or access to deal with such a manner. The associates did everything they could, but the lack of preparation is not how you do business. I've worked 16 years of grocery retail, so I understand the process, but you do not open a new location and not train someone who can handle customer relations or other situations in the building if the manager is not in for the day. Won't be going back. But wish them well and hope...
