A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Marysville

I don't know what's going on the last 4 times I've been to a and w in Marysville I've been ripped off. Today I order a number 3 large with a root beer float and a double bacon cheese burger and fries

There's no root beer in my float the guy that took my order was talking so low I couldn't hear him

Then he says so you want a number 1 large and a papa burger. I said no that's not what I said

So I get my food you give me a small fry instead of a large after I waited 3 minutes for fresh fries.

If your gonna charge me 26 dollars for one combo and a extra burger and fry you could at least make the food correctly seriously wtf

I deleted the really good review I left you guys. I hope you change for the better I'm willing to speak with a manager about today's order 3-2-2025

The last 3 times prior to this trip were very similar

If I go there again and can't understand the person taking my order I'm driving off thanks...

My boyfriend drove up to the drive thru at 930pm on a Sunday night, mind you that they close at 10pm on Sundays. He pulled up and sat there for a good few minutes..no one came over the intercom, he saw people in there when he pulled in and says they hid when they saw him, he even revved his engine to let them know he was there after he did that they SHUT OFF THEIR LIGHTS. if you close at 10pm, you close at 10pm. You don’t close 30 minutes early because you don’t want to serve someone, that shows pure laziness. It’s sad that this is not the first time this has happened..this has happened once before. Even during the day their drive thru service is horrible. Don’t recommend..would rather go...

I like that they put a restaurant in marysville there is one in ft gratiot but now I can just drive 10 mins to get the food instead of 30 mins. One of the favorite things I like on the menu is the cheese curds those are so awesome those and the corn dog nuggets I like all of their food but those 2 are my first 2 favorites. The workers are very friendly I have had one at least 4 occasions where they forgot to put one of my items in my bag and I have had to being it to their attention 2 times it was a burger not sure how you could forget that but I am not sure how chaotic it was on the inside but other then that they are a great place to get food and it's not...
