Fieldhouse Sports Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Marysville

Went here for Mothers Day. We got there about 1:55pm. Sat down, waited 15 minutes to even get our drinks ordered. Waited another 20 mins for our food to get ordered. 2 groups of families came in after us and was already eating their meals. When our food came out, my burger was burnt, my father in laws burger was raw, my brother in law had his honey mustard spilled all over him, my son had tomato's in his wrap. And the best part, my husband never got his food!! I wad told that, someone took his meal. The 2 families that were eating before we did, had ordered pizza and nachos! Where did my husband's food go? Was told they were in a rush when we showed up. There was 4 groups of families there when we got there. That's not a rush! Obe of the guys that worked there came out to talk to me and asked what I would like done to our bill. I asked him, am I paying for a meal that wasn't even made and brought out, he said yes, but I can take it off the bill for you. I'm sorry. That was the wrong answer! Long story short, we will never go back to the place! 107.00 dollars spent for what? I don't want to see any businesses to close, but I'm sure this one will. Everything in that strip mall that this place is located fails, and I am honestly surprised that this place hasn't yet! A coworker told me the burgers were great so I HAD to try them.

Pretty good place. The garlic burger was tasty. However, in my opinion it could have been heavier on the garlic. The breading on the mushrooms and fish was fantastic. It's always nice when breading has flavor of its own. Fries were pretty good too.

Not a very "bar" atmosphere but don't take that as a bad thing. I don't like bars. In fact, the reason it took me so long to try the place was the "bar" in the name.

Staff was nice and efficient.

Looks like they were about to do a trivia night but alas...I had to leave before it started. I'll have to keep an eye out for another trivia night for sure!

Edit 9-26-23 Stopped in again. Husband got the cheesy bacon burger "Was good but not $14 good" I got the chicken fingers. Same batter as the other items. VERY juicy. However, they were quite bland on their own. The honey mustard helped immensely but I was bummed that they had no flavor otherwise. It also came with veggies which I thought were supposed to be grilled. I added a picture to show ge overcooked dull veggies.

You know how the reason most kids don't like vegetables is because they get over cooked mushy veggies that either taste of nothing or of feet? Yeah. That's what I got.

I'm not even sure where to start. My family and I came to try out the fieldhouse after seeing a great article about this new restaurant in town. I will tell you it was not great by any means. First, the menu is very limited. If you are coming just for the bar, the beer menu is pretty decent. I ordered a beer and it took at least 15 minutes to come out. The appetizer we ordered never showed up. The meal took forever. The kids menu has 3 items, none of which my daughter wanted. So I ordered her an adult cheeseburger meal. Her cheeseburger came out raw. So we sent it back. It came out obviously microwaved. You could see it had never been taken off the bun. The outside was cooked where I had previously cut it in half, when I cut it in half again it was still raw. The French fries and tater tots that come with the meals, let's say I've had better at the hospitals I've worked for. Our teenage daughter said they're better at school. As far as my own BBQ burger went, I didn't even finish it because it was tasteless. The only good thing I have to say is that the manager was very reasonable and did not make us pay for our meal. I understand they are just opening, however, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had, new restaurant or not. Either wait a long period of time to visit or just...
