NEW REVIEW: I'm keeping the old review below this to show the good quality changes made from my last experience. I recently moved into the city and KFC had been sounding good so I gave them another chance. That chance turned into several more trips and today finalized my change. We typically order on the app and our food is usually ready within minutes and nothing has been undercooked or missing since our bad experience almost 2 years ago. The only complaint I have is that their drinks are always either mid or undrinkable. It's like they have the syrup dials down low and you're getting sparkling water with a hint of pop. But other than that, this place took a full 180 in my eyes. Not sure what changed to make this happen but keep it up! 👏
Decided to do KFC for dinner and I wish I hadn't. To start, keep this in mind. Walking in, you are immediately greeted with a sign that says, "No refunds!: We guarantee we will make your order right!" My girlfriend and I dined-in and waited about 15 minutes for our food. While waiting, we switched tables 3 times because we were sticking to the seats and table. The floors were sticky too and we had to settle on a slightly less sticky table. Once the food got out to us, we realized they not only forgot our sauce and a biscuit, but also my whole sandwich! You know, the centerpiece of the meal? So my food took an extra 5 minutes to come out. I was going to give the food a 4-star because it was pretty good. However, the 15 minutes it took for my girlfriends nuggets, they managed to undercook them! Undercooked chicken! I took a bite of mine and surprise, mine was undercooked as well. Aside from all this, the service was slow in general. When I went to tell them we had missing food, it took another 5 minutes for them to acknowledge my existence when I know they saw me prior. After telling them what I'm missing I hear a, "He's missing like a sandwich and uhh...some other things." In 5 seconds they forgot what they had already forgotten once. I had been here twice before this about 3 months ago for my lunch break at work and wasted all my time waiting for missing food. I don't think I'll be coming back...
Read moreI placed an order online through the KFC app. My order was to be ready in 20mins. My daughter and pups and I drove to our KFC, when I got there I checked the KFC app and it said my order was ready! I didn't see my order so I asked the young man working and he couldn't figure it out, he talked to someone else and they said oh someone took that order. I find it ridiculous that you just put the food out in the open, and you don't require a code or receipt to pick up your order. I spent $62.00! So the young man said they would remake my order and asked what I ordered, I still had my order up on the app so I showed him and repeated it to him. I checked the order to make sure I received everything. I get home and the 12 piece Extra Crispy chicken I ordered was literally soggy chicken with hardly any skin. The 2 orders of Large Mac and cheese were both cold, and the 2 orders of Large mashed potatoes and gravy were also cold. The only thing that was good was the 2 orders of Large coleslaw. Not a single manager or shift leader came to apologize for me having to wait to remake my whole order. They let the young man deal with it. I think you need to rethink your online/doordash/internet order pick up. Someone literally got $62.00 of free food. And I got crappy soggy food that I had to wait another 20 minutes for. I honestly will probably just order chicken and sides from the Red Barn Convinence Store from nowon, at least it's hot, fresh and I have to show proof it's my order. Ia also think your managers need to step up when a mishap happens, it's the least...
Read morePersonally and this is coming from someone who used to work there I wouldn't EVER recommend this KFC to ANYONE I can see why the customers are on here not even wanting to give this place a 1 star, nothin but bull, main store manager wants to act like she's it, yet just stands around and doesn't do much, chooses to hire people who don't care to work if their life depended on it, hired one time a felon potentially putting the teenagers lives there at risk, underpay especially their good workers and screw them over constantly, the other 2 managers have to get hours at a different location one day a week to make even aka the managers who ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS, lazy workers at worst get a slap on the wrist and at best get to do whatever they want and the good workers and managers are thrown under the bus and screwed over, I've also been suspicious that the main manager only hired back one of her former workers so that he could be her mole in the store. Better off finding somewhere else because the "Head store manager" and corporate behind her only care about money and using certain people to get it your health and wellbeing are completely disregarded. I just pray that somebody doesn't die of food poisoning and the good workers and other managers read the writing and escape now before...
