Drive through real slow. We order a3 piece regular and a 3 piece xra crispy, both side were the same for both meals potatoes/gravy , Coleslaw,. We got 2 piece meals, only one set of sides. I returned to KFC, to let them get it right. I didn't think to check the meals. I got home still only one set of sides, the regular was only a 2 piece. This is not the first time they have shorted my order. They must save a lot on envatory. Shorting a bunch of orders. This is the first time ,I ever seen a sign in a KFC "No refunds, we will make it right." They failed on that Promise. I figured they were short handed. When I returned the first time . They had a bigger crew. Than I had on Friday Nights after the Home town school games. And my drive through never sat for more than 2 minutes. And at that time, they were parked out front w/ a commentary desert. And a money off coupon on there next visit All .orders were checked twice. The person putting it together, and the person baging it. It has been a few months since we took the chance to order from the Marysville KFC. Because the order is wrong. We love the chicken but the service Sucks real bad. We talked about either driving to Bellefontaine or Dublin. The next time we want KFC. What's funny is tonight wayl I was waiting on the first (wrong) replacement. I have not work in this place since they became a dubble place. But the lady beside me, Ask me if I worked in this KFC, Yes a long time ago. She told me right in front of the crew. She never got the wrong order, she has been picking up 16 to 25 meals for the American Leagon since the late 90s. The service dropped off after the Robery. I had to admit I was at another place, doing cakes. People in our home town love the chicken but can't stand the service for much longer.    Read moreHaven't been to KFC in a while and my kids wanted to try it out. We decided to go in to look over the menu for a carry out order. After ordering we ended up having to wait around 30 minutes for our food. By the time the food was ready, my 6 year old was 'over it'. Against my better judgement I asked the guy who handed me my food about everything we order instead of looking through the bag to verify it was correct.
Once we got home I opened the bag and found that we were missing potato wedges, one of the orders of chicken tenders was incorrect ( three piece instead of five ), and the orders of chicken tenders I got looked soggy and the tenders were so small that the five-piece order was basically just one regular size tender. For the $20 that we spent on two tender meals and a popcorn chicken kid meal, it was so lackluster and disappointing, not to mention incomplete, this I immediately put it back in the bag and drove to the location to return it.
Honestly don't think I'll be going back to KFC any time soon.
The small box meals are not worth it. For the $7 to $9 price, you're better off going to a regular sit-down restaurant and getting a (probably) healthier meal.
Having not been the KFC in a couple years the food quality has really sunk. Could have been a fluke but the tenders were like the size of my fingers, not worth it for the price.

   Read moreThey say open till 10pm, DO NOT GO AFTER 9pm. The last 2 times, both in the drive through, I've had to pull up and wait for my food because they are ready to leave early. The last time we went around 9pm, we had to wait over 10min our food was rushed and the chicken was dry. Tonight we waited over 20 min.. They forgot we were waiting, I had to knock on the door, someone acknowledged while leaning on the counter playing w/ their phone & then ignored me, then I had to pound on the door.. Same person acknowledged me still doing nothing and ignored me, FINALLY, the person who took our order realized we haven't been served due to me standing outside at the door and hurried up to make our order. Then she sent the person that kept ignoring me to bring it... I asked for a manager and was told they don't understand what I said because they don't speak English.. So I explained that I needed to speak to someone in management and he understood after a moment.. When I saw him talk to the other staff about my issue they all are laughing and smiling like it's funny they forgot about our order and I'm unhappy with how I was served and treated. Then I get an immature smart elicited " Manager" trying to be rude when I explained why I'm upset.. They don't care about the customer or their service or quality of food...
