On Sunday August 1st at 11 am I went to this restaurant and was disappointed to see a few things regarding a older woman working, now don't get me wrong, I'm positive my experience wasn't completely ruined by her alone but Instead, the lack of communication through workers was the main culprit.
I was there with my father and sister, and we ordered separately and my father ordered first. After I spent multiple minutes waiting while the male cashier just stood around walking aimlessly around, and when my father got his attention for me he didn't even put on a smile, instead he looked annoyed.
I ordered a 10 piece timbit with 5 honey dip and 5 birthday cake, and a small oreo ice cap. The ice cap is perfect but they got my order wrong twice, thats not what I'm upset about, I'm upset about the attitude of the older female worker. She threw my donuts on the counter, before this she mopped without gloves, touched our drinks, then without gloves put bacon in. I watched her wipe the bacon residues her pants and didn't say anything kind the entire time we were there. No Welcome in, no goodbye. She kept making frustrating comments about doordash, and didn't care about any of her other workers or customers. I genuinely love Tim Hortons and love coming here, but this pretty much ruined my morning off from work and makes me not want to go to Tim Hortons anymore. I don't suggest firing her because I work in fast food and know it's exhausting sometimes, but she needs to fix her attitude and put on gloves because thats DISGUSTING. Just talk to her maybe, I'm not sure. Whatever happens is out of my hands, but this is the worse experience I've had in an food industry in my 16...
Read moreMy friend had ordered us some breakfast sandwiches through DoorDash this morning... After receiving the bag of food, we realized that what was in the bag was not at all what we ordered. So we called Tim Hortons and they immediately blamed the dasher, but I asked them, "do you put the names on the bags?" and then they admitted to putting the wrong food in the wrong bags. The girl said they could get ahold of the dasher and fix the order..... So an hour goes by... We call Tim Hortons back for an update. We spoke to the manager, Austin, and he straight up told us he can't do anything to fix it! That WE would have to call DoorDash and send another driver and that was the only option. After we asked him several questions as to why we was told it would be fixed, and why Noone cared to call us back to tell us they weren't fixing it, and why he was trying to make it ours and DoorDashs responsiblility when it was 100% Tim Hortons FAULT and he said "you can blame us I don't care, but I don't know what to about it" .....
