You really want this brand new McDonald’s to do well, but they keep messing up day after day. Examples- Recycle food. They give the customer the wrong order,the customer touches the food , they return the food. Instead of throwing it in trash , they place it back in to the holder for the next ciistomer, not even wrapped. New customer gets used food, points the food was returned by other customer, the take the food out of the old wrappers and rewrapped it. Health code violation. If you want no salt fries they take out old fries , put them in fryer. And re serve them. They actually refuse to take orders at counter stating they have no English ing speaking persons. They have 10-20 minute service times when fully staffed High order errror rate Give you the wrong drive thru order Close early without notice, take your mobile order, charge your card, then never give you your food cost refund Tell customers they need to learn Spanish as the staff doesn’t speak English This is why this McDonald’s leads the nation in...
Read moreThere is NO EXCUSE for the terrible service and terrible food as this is a brand NEW location and already it's failing. We went there today for lunch. A person took our order and kept getting it wrong by putting a small fry on our order when we wanted medium. It took several tries and then she got it. However, when we arrived home and I took our food out of the bag to eat, our sandwiches looked like someone had sat on them and flattened them to a thin pancake. My husband ordered a triple cheeseburger and it resembled a sandwich only half that size and I ordered a McDouble and it resembled a 65 cent single cheeseburger. When I went to take a bite, I noticed it was chewy like beef jerky so I flipped off the bun and the picture says it all. It was burnt to a nasty crisp, JET BLACK to say the least and was quite nasty. You can see them in the back, many will make eye contact with you, but no one will come to the counter or the pick up window to help you. I ordered online to eat inside and pick up at the window. The food was already at the window, so that was a plus. They gave us the wrong sauces and there were no straws anywhere. Not a big deal, but I stood at both the pick up window and the counter for a long time, with employees looking at me many times but no one coming out.
