McDonald's — Restaurant in Marysville

I am quite disappointed in this place, I went in there a week ago and placed my order in which my drink was a sweet tea, well it was unsweetened, I told them they gave me another, thinking this one was good I drove off, well another unsweetened tea, I wasn't happy and I wasn't driving back. So I called and spoke to manager named Renee, she apologized explained to me what possibly happened, she told me when you come in the next time your meal is on me, we'll I frequent McDonald's and I went back about 4 days later thru drive thru, I placed my order told window that manager Renee said meal is on her, window girl said to hold on have to get a manager. Fine. I waited and waited she said would you like to come in I said no, again she said please hold, the line was getting long I said what is hold up she said still waiting on Manager, then couple more minutes it was looking at list, couldnt find name still looking,, how many screw ups have you had, still do,, that you couldn't find my name on a list only 3 or 4 days later??? I got frustrated waiting told her that I would come in but instead I just left because of having to wait so long. Well I still didn't get my so called free meal and certainly not a sweet tea, im going to try it again in a day or so and I hope this doesn't...

My electricity was out so I went there to buy coffee. It was the worst coffee I've ever had! It's so hot and bitter! Yuck! I won't return. I would only eat their hamburger patties, no bun, so my lifestyle of eating is just not a fit with this restaurant. Pass. It was super busy the Saturday morning I went, there were a lot of people in the area without electricity and the drive-thru lines were very backed up. I walked inside instead of sitting in line in my vehicle waiting just to get coffee. The cashier who rang me up didn't get my coffee right away, she helped fill drive-thru orders. I thought that was odd. Other employees ended up finishing my order when she finally stopped filling drive-thru orders and returned to me confused about my order and surprised it was filled. I was done, just waiting for coffee cream, I moved over and she started to take the next order. I hope the next customer got their order! Lol!! Although...she was a young teenager, it could be her first job, to give her a break, I guess, lol! I should note that 3 large coffees was about $14.00! Whoa!!! And the coffee was the WORST MOST BITTER COFFEE I've ever had! I'll never buy McDonald's coffee EVER...

After my daughter's practice I went thru drive thru to order hot chocolate and they acted like it was a huge inconvience that I was asking for hot chocolate! I got to the window to pick it up and rudely told you need to pull ahead because we have someone with a drink behind you. So I pulled ahead and when the girl opened the window to give me the hot chocolates, no sorry for your wait, have a nice night, not a word but A very nasty look. Called and spoke to someone who was supposedly a manager and she herself said they have had issues with this girl prior. I think it's about time you get rid of her because you are loosing customers!! Give someone who wants to be there a job that is happy to meet customers needs. I don't think asking for 3 hot chocolates should be a big deal but apparently it is...
