What a miserable excuse for a meal. Our bill total was $88 and change for 3 people. Given we ordered sides as well as main dishes, but still. That's a high priced order. We ordered pickup, order initially was incorrect. 4 items were missing, had to return to the store to get compensated. Manager and staff were very underwhelming and unconcerned. Potatoe skins should just be called nacho cheese, mozzerlla sticks and stuffed mushrooms are WAY over breaded, no flavor what so ever. The T-bone steak which was ordered medium rare was well done, over salted and chewy beyond belief. The French Dip.... Don't even get me started. Just don't order it. Period. Nasty, dry thing with water sauce... Oh I'm sorry "au jus" if it can even be called that. The burger we ordered was not even tasted or tested because the person who ordered it had no appetite for it after the fore mentioned sides. Salad was also not tasted or tested due to fore mentioned meal. This restaurant came highly recommended with great reviews to boast... However I can say that after this first and ONLY order we will never even consider returning to this locale. Trash for gold? Order...

I've been here numerous times, but today was the end of the line for me. I walked in to the sign saying, "please seat yourself." Went in and sat down. I was even treated with a hello. My son and I sat down. We waited for a waitress to come give us menus and take our drink order. The restaurant wasn't any more busy than usual. I watched as one of the waitresses cleaned up a table and looked to be going to grab menus. Nope, grabbing a wash cloth to finish cleaning. Then go back out and look like she would grab menus this time. Nope! She comes back and takes an order of two people sitting about three booths away. No communication no nothing. I sat there while two other waitresses dealt with someone at the counter. She looked at me several times and never said hold on one moment or anything. I won't be back. Had they not noticed me, I would understand. They said hello and the waitress cleaning looked me straight in eyes at least...
