I’ve been to the Marysville Mc Donald’s twice now. Both times I went through the drive through. The cashier was very friendly and deserves 5 stars... the pick up window is another story... the first time going through the pick up window, I was given the wrong order. The girl read my order to me to see if it was mine, I said yup but gave she gave me someone else’s food which was way off from what I ordered. Unfortunately, I was 2 miles down the road towards Roseville. I trusted it was mine, especially after she confirmed it. Very frustrating since I didn’t like any of the food.
Second time there was today, 10/4/2018.... again I went through the drive through. Again the cashier was really nice and friendly. Kudos to her....I only ordered a small coffee and 2 breakfast burrito’s... I waited approximately 5 minutes, the line behind me was to the street and people were not happy. First they gave me a cold coffee which I ordered hot coffee and the girl noticed it was wrong immediately. Another 5 minutes go by and they said they needed to add more milk in the machine and asked me to pull around the corner. Mind you, the employees didn’t look happy at all, not friendly at all and borderline rude. Didn’t even get an apology. So, I waited another 5 minutes approximately and finally got my small coffee.... I checked my order this time and it was correct. The bad thing, my food was cold, tortilla was stale and hard, the sausage balls weren’t even warm. I was going to return my food but I was so upset, angry and didn’t have the time after being there 15 minutes, I didn’t want to spend another 15 minutes knowing there was a good chance it would be wrong or cold again... I was extremely frustrated and vow to never return... Please understand, I don’t get angry or frustrated very easily. This is actually my first time ever posting a negative comment about a business... I don’t even have time to write this but this is how upset I am with the horrible customer service, the lack of professionalism, the lack of care the lack of quality control, the lack of attention to detail etc....again, the cashier was very professional, courteous and nice! With all the employees behind the counter and drive up window, I noticed they were more interested in gossip and waiting to see who would work on the orders. They actually argued at who would make the coffee. No one wanted too. Customers see this.
As a business owner, I’m shocked to see this happen at an establishment like McDonald’s. Other McDonald’s I’ve been too were professional and the employees actually seemed to like their job.... i apologize for the long remark but I had to do...

original complaint Worst mcdonalds location in the area. They CANNOT handle busy times. It seems that almost everytime i go to this location they have a packed drive thru, both the over flow for drive thru and pick-up filled waiting for their orders. Management here is a disaster, no leadership, takes ages to fix problems like getting a refund or fixing an order that's messed up, you will be their last priority. I've had mobile orders canceled as I sat in a pickup spot waiting for the food this location seems especially bad at not taking additional orders after they are swamped. I've watched in the lobby as I wait to get my mobile order for 30+ minutes, literally dozens of people waiting for food and they still have someone at the register taking orders.
Food quality is max 3 stars. Fries are often old at this location, while waiting for orders I often see ALL the French fry "fry baskets" filled with cooked fries getting cold. If I order fries with no salt they usually take fries that have already been cooked/salted and throw them back in the fry oil to wash off the salt. More often the. Not I recieve fries that are obviously over cooked, rock hard, or cold. Keep in mind I live within a 10 minute drive and if I get all green lights I'm home in 5 minutes. There's no reason my food should be cold.
They really hate changing out their dirty oil at this location. If you ever see several black specks on your nuggets, fish etc. It's from the food particles in the oil that they haven't filtered or changed out in days. This gives a burnt taste...
Read moreI pass for drive thru the lady take my order wrong and she was really rude, I co.e to the window and the guy there repeats my order and fixed it as soon as I arrive to the second window they move me to the front take 3 more minutes to take my order and was wrong. I come inside and the person who took my order and the lady bagging just ignore me, I have to wait 4 more minutes before they decide to come help me I would like mentione 1 of the cooks tell the lady bagging that I was in the front and she still didnt come to help me, she finally came so I explained to her what was wrong and after she comunícates with the kitchen she came back telling me shes going to bring the refund to me because take 10 minutes to cook the eggs 😳 how can I explain to this lady that I worked4 years for Macdonalds as manager 🫣 so I let her know I don't want the refund that I need the food and it should'nt take that long when cooking eggs it just takes 150 seconds that's just 21/2 minutes. Latina Manager came to help and she was a bit nicer but still really disappointed I explain to her the situation and still makes me wait 10 min while I was waiting I saw how the lady bagging and the lady who took my order was making funny of me and they got support from the asían manager really rude too. The customer service is horrible hopefully other McDonald's open soon in the area because this store doesn't care about they service and about business. I cross my fingers to some person in charge takes care of their performance. We can all make mistakes but the but what matter ID...
