Paid over a 1000 for a set, not even a year old, the foam and padding has collapsed. The mechanical is wobbly and gaps. Had to buy new furniture, cuz this place doesn't honor quality, which there is NOT. We went to RC Willeys that you get automatically FIVE year warranty at no extra cost. Evans make you pay more for quality warranty, this place doesn't even offer it.....

Bought a sofa here almost 1300.00 for a small sofa and one arm less than a month is dented in. Hardly use it. Now they want me to bring it to them. Where is the customer service? Wish I would have read the other customers ratings and reviews. Will never buy from them again or recommend them. I love referring people but stay away from...
