Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marysville

Staff are very friendly which helps a lot when you are choosing a place to dump your hard earned salary. Plenty of other restaurants I could choose however this restaurant gives me happy and actual thankful service. The food is always fresh as I can watch them make my food. There has been times where the person has missed something however if I simply ask there is no hesitation of them making it right and with a sincere apology and appreciation. I feel sorry for these workers as I see people come in and try to say there whole entire $60 order or some outrageous claim was messed up. I would hate to have deal with these scammers as they add nothing to our society. The employees always handle them selves gracefully and professionally. Food is not as cheap as it used to be but that is anywhere now days. So my food is fast, fresh, and amazing with great service on top will keep me coming back to this Taco Bell...

They were rude and snippy about taking my $5 coupon off my order, argued with me when my food wasn't made right, my steak power bowl was to have no tomatoes and it had them and it had almost no sour cream and when I asked for more they charged me and I ordered it with no guacamole so they auto also took off the avocado ranch and when I questioned it they said it would cost extra for more I said but there is non on and there is supposed to be. Also our tacos has tomatoes and we ordered them without, my cheese bean and rice burritos I ordered with no jalapeños sauce and it was on there and I couldn't even eat my food. I spent over $30 and most of it we either couldn't eat or had to spend time picking things off. Or wait until we got hone to add more sour cream. Very disappointed. Attention Taco Bell Corporate Office!!! Instead of having your poor drive-thru people ask OVER and OVER if you want to add extra meat, sour cream, or to make it spicy, after EVERY food item ordered... have them give a general statement at the beginning of the order: "Hi, welcome to Taco Bell. If you would like any of your menu items to include extra meat, sour cream, or spicy sauce, please let me know while you're ordering. We would be happy to accommodate those requests!" That would save soooo much frustration on your customers part (it's annoying to have your order interrupted so many times), not to mention it will cut down on customer waiting times in the drive-thru as well!!!
