The burgers are good, and the quality and burger list is about similar to Red Robin. I will always sit in the bar, since I prefer being served at my table, and I think that the counter order for the non-lounge area makes this place feel more like a fast food restaurant. I also think the price is a bit high for the atmosphere. As a side-note, the fries that come with the burger are refillable.
They get a bonus though, especially now, for having the best outdoor seating that I have found in Marysville. Don't get me wrong, it it a patio in a parking lot. However, a tree hedge has been planted all around it, which effectively blocks the lot and gives a nice garden feel. You can still hear the heavy sounds of traffic, but it is a relaxing place to sit and eat on a warm day. The patio does have heaters when the weather gets a little cooler.

Read moreBEWARE. This place is NOT full-service.
The service that we did receive was sub-par. Appetizers came at the same time as our food, was unbelievably expensive for a place that isn't full service (Red Robin is cheaper), can only get server's attention with a little stop sign, and the table was sticky even after they cleaned it once and before we spilled a beverage; I had to get up and ask one of the staff for a rag after she had already cleaned it once. Their demeanor seemed not genuine and forced, but this could have been because it was overall such a bad experience for me, my step-daughters, and one of their bfs.
The French fries and tater tots we're low quality, squishy, and had bland seasonings. I don't know why anyone would ever get more than one serving of fries here even though they offer bottomless fries (for the sake of competition I assume?).
The tartar sauce and ranch were bland (really?)
The reasons I did not give it 1 star: My wife's steak and Gorgonzola salad was awesome. The fried onion petals we're super good, and the spicy aioli sauce was great. The burgers were incredibly good. They refunded the charges for our appetizers (this was the biggest reason I didn't give 1 star, the management tried to make it right).
So... Overall I think the concept of this place is interesting but poorly-executed at this location, and a majority of the food received at my table was sub-par and/or late. Given the relatively-high prices, and all the positive counter-points, I can't give this place more than 2 stars. We will not be returning to this location, and probably won't go to other Blazing Onions because of our...
Read moreI came In this afternoon with my parents, son, myself and service dog. I was IMMEDIATELY, before I even approached to order that “the outside is reserved for those with dogs.” To which I said To her that he’s a service dog, and we’d like to eat inside. Jessica told me that “he’s not technically a service dog” but I’d have to sit away from other dinners out of respect! I took a minute to calm down and ignore her comment, thinking she was uninformed. We ordered, we sat at a table. On my way out, I waited until all other customers were out of the way of earshot, and politely explained that service is trained to sit under my feet, she cannot tell me where I can/cannot sit based on the fact I have A service dog. She (barley even paying attention) told me she knows the laws, and my PET wasn’t properly marked! I then Explained that by law I am Not required to even have a vest on my Service dog, she cannot discriminate against me, or set me off to the side as respect to her customers eating. She said the outdoors was reserved for PETS..I told her he isn’t a pet, he’s my service dog. I gave Her a card with ADA regulations, she said she knew the laws. She was ABSOLUTELY RUDE, disrespectful and ignorant to even properly...
