This is the first time I have ever left a Google review in my life. Get ready because I have a lot to say! So far I’ve been to this location probably 5 times since they’ve opened. And every time I’ve learned to be more and more specific. One time I ordered mozzarella sticks with marinara and ranch. After driving away I realize that I didn’t get either but It was on the receipt and read back to me as if she knew they were in the bag. I let it go because really it’s just sauce. The next time I ordered Mozzarella sticks I let them know last time I wasn’t given marinara and I would really like marinara this time. I ordered a large sized mozzarella sticks... I think there is close to 10 in a large order and I was given one little cup of marinara. Another time I ordered a large watermelon cream slush and A large Fanta float when I had gotten to the window she Read back the order correctly swiped my card but had only had a small Watermelon cream slush prepared when I told her it was supposed to be a large i’m not kidding she said “no you ordered a small.” Bieng it was late and I was irritated I said OK that’s fine and I took it. Later I looked at the receipt indeed I had ordered a large and here’s the kicker I paid for a large. I wasn’t offered to pull ahead and they’d have it right out I was just told no and that I had ordered a small I wasn’t offered to pull ahead and they’d have it right out instead I was treated like my business doesn’t matter. Today, they had one dollar all American hotdogs I had ordered 4 and waited for them for 15 minutes my order didn’t appear on the screen of the stall I was in and it had said “red button activated, we will be with you shortly.” so I pressed it again after the 15 minutes was up I had asked him if my order had gone through because I don’t see it on the screen. Rudely, I was told to be patient and it’ll be right out so I was being more patient and I finally pushed it again after 20 minutes and said I think you lost my order because I haven’t seen on the screen and both people on either side of me have already gotten their orders and left and I was here before them. The worker said let me see if I can find your order I repeated my order and told him that my total was supposed to be $4.96. They said “oh sorry we must’ve lost it.” so I asked “OK... well, can you please just resubmit it and get it out here as soon as possible?” and they said “yes” and What s surprise...I was right, my total was $4.96! I am a total pushover when it comes to bad service because I also work in the service industry and I The worker said let me see if I can find your order I repeated my order and told them that it was supposed to be $4.96 was my total they said oh sorry we must’ve lost it so I asked OK can you please just resubmit it and get out here soon as possible and they said yes and behold I was right my total was $4.96! Read moreI ordered two milkshakes through the app to pick up at my local sonic. Waited for over 10 minutes in the stall where I had checked in. Nothing happened. So I pressed the button because I thought maybe they just didn’t receive my order. To which an employee yelled at me over the speaker to “GET IN DRIVETHRU ITS DRIVETHRU ONLY!” Um no the stalls are open for mobile orders and delivery people. So I politely told her that I had a mobile order and she very rudely asked for my name. Told her my name then she goes “oh your the one who ordered the milkshakes that’s why we didn’t do your order we aren’t serving ice cream right now.” Since when does sonic not serve ice cream? She didn’t say anything about shortages or machines not working which I would’ve understood. nope I asked if they didn’t have any and she just repeated herself that they wouldn’t do my order. They could have told me they weren’t going to give me my order instead of having me sit there for over 10 minutes. So i asked if I could have a refund then and she yelled at me and told me she wouldn’t refund me and told me she was busy and didn’t have enough employees. She made me cry. My husband asked for her name and she told us she was the assistant store manager and her name was Paula. I’ve never been treated so poorly. My husband simply wanted to take me to treat me and instead we both get ignored, yelled at, refused our order, then refused a refund. We didn’t yell, we weren’t rude.We tried to ask her why she was refusing a refund and why they weren’t serving ice cream like if it was a new thing after a certain time but instead she stopped responding to us.This is not ok. I’ve never had such a bad experience in my life. The assistant store manager Paula should no longer have a job as an “assistant store manager” if she can’t even talk to someone without yelling she offered no solutions or anything she could do to fix it. Read moreI went here for the 1st time today with my son because I went to a sonic about 20 years ago in a different state and the service was really good and the food. 1st we went to the pull up section and we waited a little bit and they said that they cannot service out there we have to back out and go through drive-through. So we went through drive-through because they cant handle the orders comming in. and it took about 20 minutes just to pull up to the ordering window and there was only 4 cars in front of me. We get up to the window in order and then we wait another 15 minutes just to get up to the window to pay. The girl came out and took the money from my car before we got to the window and brought us our drinks. I felt bad for her she looked overly exhausted and I know she was trying her best. We get up to the window and we literally sit there another 10 minutes for our food to come out and it was just 2 hamburgers and 2 fries. We pulled over to eat and the French fries were cold stale and not even edible but I did not want to go through that line again. The hamburger buns were rock hard and dry. They also told us that they couldn't service at the pull up section because they have so many online orders that they can't even help people that park outside. I'm not upset with the staff or the people that are working there I'm sure they're doing their best to get through this mess but if they can't handle online orders and what they're supposed to be doing then maybe they shouldn't even be open. Or they need to hire a lot more people to help it's not fair to the people working they're having to deal with all that. Anyways I was hoping that the long wait time would at least result in good food but I will not be going back the food really...
