So my sister and I went in like an hour before it got real busy. The 3 girl employees were really nice, helpful and friendly. We left and came back and the store was packed. We were really patient about it and my sister told them that they could stop taking orders and focus on getting out instead. That way people can leave and stop being annoying and the rush can slow down. We could’ve left after they said things are shutting down, but we wanted to stick around to see things go uphill. We waited like for like 30 minutes and had no problems and we started playing music on the machine thing. It was to get things in a happier mood. We played a second song, then the managers came in. The girl making ice cream rolls at the front told the manager man something about a note they wrote for people coming in at the door and he just put his finger to his mouth telling her to sush. He literally ruined my mood and the whole thing was just so uncomfortable. That guy could’ve been nicer. We were like ok. Then a whole family came in and went into the kitchen area of the restaurant with their kids and stuff. They’re managers I guess but that was so unprofessional and made things even more weird. Then the first guy manager who came in turned off our music that we payed for and everything became just awkward silence. L managing. I feel so bad for the 3 girl workers and I hope they don’t stress too much about their day because people have to understand things don’t always go the way they want it to. They were working their hardest and we appreciate that. Thank you guys. Managing needs work....
Read moreI'd never had rolled icecream until I went to Rollie's, but had seen videos of the rolled icecream online. This store is very cute with an easily accessible menu. The rolled ice cream itself is very soft and sweet with cute decorations. The staff were polite and professional as well. I'm giving a 4 star rating instead of 5, because I had ordered the mi-matcha rolled icecream and they didn't have that flavor prepared. So, by the time I received my ice cream the group I came with had already eaten theirs. The toppings on my ice cream also didn't look like the image they had on their wall, even though I saw they had the correct toppings available. When I mentioned it to the girl making my ice cream she said they were correct, but I could see the depiction of it on their wall was different. They had put the chocolate pocky sticks on it instead of the matcha flavor. Toppings aside, this place is awesome and I still highly recommend people to come...
Read moreMy daughter and I were talking and she made the comment that she was curious about boba tea. Then I decided to take her and her brother to Rollies because I've been here before and it was the closest place to where we live that served boba tea. I got her the strawberry milk boba tea since those are first time. She enjoyed the tea but did not like the boba itself. But now she knows and we have a fun experience either. 🙂
My son didn't want boba tea so I let him get the rolled ice cream and he thoroughly enjoyed it himself. I believe he got something custom made- rolled strawberry with gummies I believe. All in all, it was a very fun experience I look forward to going back in the future. I personally like Rollies because it's a small/cozy place with a nice quiet atmosphere. They also have a very nice variety of boba tea and rolled ice creams.
It'll be a great place to stop for light dessert after a dinner or lunch or just a...
