Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Marysville

The person who took my order was very friendly and my smoothie was made pretty good. The reason I'm leaving a review is because who I believe to had been the upper manager there needs to know her behavior was unacceptable. I witnessed her take the food from drive thru (which I guess was incorrect) and throw it at the station the person was working at who prepared the food and scream at her about it being wrong. I understand being stressed because it was busy but that is not how a manager acts. That was childish and whoever you are you should be ashamed. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Ive only ordered from this location 3 times, all 3 online orders. And ALL 3 orders were completely wrong. The latest being today. Not even like they forgot an item either. Completely wrong food in my order when I got home and noticed. I should of learned the first 2 times. Never again I've wasted 50 dollars on 3 orders and my time. Ive already left a review on the company's main site also. And I'm considering contacting corporate offices. Just bc you are slammed, does not mean that gives you any right to take it out on me!! I did an online order, I picked "drive thru" because I was in my pajamas. Yes the wait was very long. I waited 20 minutes. But I didn't say anything. I did not have anywhere to go so I was content. But whoever was working the drive-thru July 9th, was pretty rude and told me to go inside.
