Incredible little #gem hidden in Marysville. I've only been in this area a short while, and had not had the occasion to stop in here. Then I rcvd a call from my ins company that there were Android compatible hearing aids. Now, this may sound unrelated, but the audiologist is a couple doors down from the Jeweler. I have my tragus pierced (google that) and the back of the earrings was interfering with proper placement of the hearing aid. PANIC! I lost my only child and she and I went together to have that piercing done when she was in HS, so I was not good with just removing the earring. I ran down to Kimberly's and Kim and Bill helped me immediately. Tears and sobs l8r, I left with the earring in place. Unfortunately, a couple days l8r, the earring dropped to the floor...too much wiggling with the stoooopid hearing aid! So, I went back to the audiologist, and she put a new dome on the aid. Then Kim set me up with a back that I had found in my stash. Bill also used his "Magic Magnet" to cull the herd and remove the non gold posts from the cache I brought in- HUGE help. Due to insurance guidelines, I can't add any photos from the store, but if you are looking for quality jewelry, you must check out their inventory! Kindest people ever, but the bling will bring you in and make you stick around. Need a band for a baseball/softball dad? They have it. Want to increase the size of your wife's diamond? You need to take a look. Know someone who is a loyal beachcomber? They have some incredible flip flop pendants! Great location, amazing owners,...
Read moreClose local business, I wanted to support them. Went in initially to look at wedding bands. We weren't sure what we were looking for or if we had a budget. Felt blown off. Returned to have a watch shortened and was mocked, then despite specific instructions, she took two full links off one side. Now the watch doesn't sit on my husband's wrist properly and FYI plenty of watches have smaller links near the clasp for more precise adjustments, as did this one. I fixed at home with a small screw driver. Still wouldn't show us rings. The clincher was when I took my new engraved wg wedding band (purchased elsewhere) to be stretched a half size up. First she argued, then when I picked it up, they had polished even though it's only worn days, but didn't rhodium it so very yellow in comparison to my other rings. She argued with me again, insulted me, and called me names over the phone, then expected I'd bring it back to let her fix their mistake.. Never again. Bought my 2ct sol and the watches and a necklace, bracelets, elsewhere since then. Not getting my business and after 13 years in jewelry retail I could never recommend anyone goes here. I wouldn't even let them clean one of my pieces...
Read moreHorrible people. Brought my rolex in to get the bank take off. Lady says she will charge to take back off, I tried to explain the Rolex serial numbers and on the outside of the case, and the band just has to be taken off. She said she was the expert, and was it a real rolex anyway. I admit I was in my jeans, but what the heck. The man said he wouldn't try to fix it because the bands were a pain and often broke. Made me feel like trash. Went to Coughlin in St. Clair, they recognized the Rolex, knew where the serial numbers were, took the band off and back on for me and no charge. Kimberly should stick to Timex....they are hacks when it...
