Let me preamble this by informing you that I have an amazingly strong allergy to onions.
Using the drive thru service, I placed my order for a number 1, with no onions, and a medium all natural lemonade. The gentleman working the window, though not rude, was blatantly uninterested in his job, as our two orders had to be corrected verbally roughly 5 times. Once to the window it took two people to continue to figure out our order. After paying. The pink haired window girl was friendly enough. However, after leaving, I quickly found what amounted to a few issues. Not only was there onions on the burger, but also a very distinct pink hair in my fries. No big. Ill just return them.
Doing so proved simple enough. No harm no foul. The burger I couldn't eat didn't even go to waste. A nice woman requested it for her dogs.
The problem truly arose when I got about half way through my lemonade. Lo and behold, a nice bug stuck half way through an ice cube. Now, at this point, exasperated, I called the store and requested a manager. The man on the other end of the phone informed me thats exactly who he was. After a run down of the incident, I was met with "We'll clean the ice maker tonight." Not even a forced customer service "Im sorry that happened."
At this point my phone lost reception and the call dropped. Seeing as how it was handled by a manager, I felt no need to call back and push the issue. But the lesson has been learned and i will not be returning, nor my...
Read moreGot to the drive thru, started our order and as soon as we ordered our food the lady on the reciever heard our order for 4, 1 dollar cheeseburgers w/o mustard she put 4 regular cheeseburgers for 4.59 each and finished the order without letting us finish our order. Then, we sat there at the reciever and I had to honk the horn for someone to answer to tell us to pull through. Then, we pull up to the window and tells us the price is 10.59 not explaining to us she switched it to the correct burgers and then when we asked her if she put the 1 dollar cheeseburgers on instead of the regular, she snaps back with we don't have dollar cheeseburgers it's 2022 not 2014, to which we reply the jr cheeseburgers are 1.59... Basically dollar cheeseburgers... not 4.59... We at this point realize she fixed it already after giving us lip for no reason other than to give us her attitude... We get the food and all 4 burgers have mustard on them, so I have to go inside to fix the issue and the new employee at the register is way nicer than the lady at the window and fixes our order. I would give a 1 star rating for the rude employee with curly hair in a bun and 4 stars for the new hire girl and crew cooking our food, because they all did their job with poise and politeness, while the lady with the attitude at the window was rude and gave us attitude...
Read moreI watch the employee that was doing the frys and chicken nuggets place the nuggets in a container with his bare hands and wiped his hand on his pants after every order, I asked to talk with a manager the man at the register said there Mangers call off, so I ask who in charge he said no one really, but I could talk with the oldest member, she came over I said the nugget guys has fill about 6 to 10 nugget orders with his bare hands, she like I know I told him two times yesterday to put gloves on . the conversation caught his ear he looked at me with A disgusting look and left , when I left about 20 minutes later he did have gloves on but he was shaking his head as the older woman was telling him something, they were really busy and the other employees were working really hard, you could see there was tension in the crew they were doing the best they could with no leadership and support I really...
