Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Maryville

Buckle up, folks. There is something seriously wrong with this Sonic. I LOVE Sonic, so I go often, but this Sonic is the worst one I've ever gone to. Every time I'm there, it takes at LEAST 20 minutes to get my food even if I'm the only one there. I just got a large Coke (and that's it) and it took 15 MINUTES to get it, PLUS the people next to us got their food in like FOUR MINUTES even though they showed up way AFTER us. (We called to tell the manager what was going on, and the person on the phone did NOT care what we had to say.) The worst part is probably the staff. Kassie always has an attitude, and Sidney is always rude, too. It's always such a major inconvenience for them to serve us even though it's their job. There's also a little kid in there sometimes that WORKS. Pretty sure that's illegal, but whatever. There are so many other places in Maryville to go to to get quick food, so please go to another place.

P.S. Their shakes are usually okay, but I got a strawberry one yesterday, and it smelled like rotten milk. I would have given this Sonic 0/5...

Order drinks on the app and push the button to let them know we were there to pick it up. After waiting 15 minutes with no service, pushed the button again. A very rude employee informed us that they were very busy and simply hung up. After waiting thirty five minutes with no service and seeing other people pull into order.Get their items and leave, push the button again and yeah, a pleasant employee inquired as to the name on the order and stated there had two of those and ours must have went out incorrect to the other person. Attempted to inquire how much longer it would be but they didn't respond. Waited five more minutes with absolutely no service and just gave up and left. Out my money, but lost forty minutes of my night and dealt with rude employees. Being that this is not the first time dealing with reed employees at this location, being told in the past that food orders take priority over drink orders..... The only thing I have to say is do better Maryville Sonic!! Rated one star only because zero is...

The Maryville Mo Sonic was a disappointment today. The employee had to come out to take our order due to a squealing noise coming from the speaker. He wrote the order down and then when the food was brought out had forgotten our two orders of 2 large chilli cheese fries. We told him and then was charged for them as they were not put on the first order. Instead they charged us for chilli cheese tots and brought that out. When we told them that was wrong they refunded what we paid for the tots but was charged for the fries after sitting there waiting for almost an hour for them to get the order right. They did not offer any thing in response to getting the order wrong twice and taking up so much of our time. Seriously disappointed in Sonic. Not only did they miss up while we were there we just got home and discovered that they also messed up the bacon cheeseburger we ordered and only gave us a regular cheeseburger with a load of mayo on it.
