07/01/2025 The coffee here was absolutely fabulous! The guy behind the counter (co-owner Scott), was kind but seemed a little stand offish… We brought my service dog who is a shepherd/lab mix and my bf’s German Shepherd. I understand they are big dogs but they are very well behaved. We were not told that we couldn’t bring my bfs dog in and there were no signs. There was another customer that had walked in, he was a little taken back when seeing the dogs, but over all didn’t seem up set. That is when Scott said that my bf’s dog wasn’t supposed to be in there because of health services. Ok… I was honestly a little confused because they have pictures of people’s personal dogs (not sure if they are customers dogs or what) hanging above the register. Then on their fb page where they introduce themselves, Scott even puts on there that he likes dogs and walking them. So I guess you can see my confusion. We would have completely understood if he had mentioned something when walking in but waiting till someone else came in to bring it up, was kind of mean. Making my bf feel bad about the whole situation. We are all about supporting local businesses and meeting new people! We get that not all places will allow us bringing personal dogs but best to know when walking in and not being embarrassed. The other thing is, doesn’t really have to do with coffee but I reached out to the other co-owner Candi because I saw on her fb page that she enjoyed knitting! I was super excited to see that, as I am not from here. And I love knitting! I asked if she could tell me some good places to go. The only response I got was the auto-generic response. Because of all the little things put together, we have not returned and we are here for two weeks. I get that owners are busy, but don’t have a generic message that you will message back and don’t. Like I said. The coffee is great but overall experience was disappointing.

I can't exactly put my finger on it but this place just absolutely made me so very happy, comfortable, and cozy. The coffee and pastries were delicious and the atmosphere was terrific. Everyone we interacted with was lovely. This is the kind of place that clearly highlights what you cannot get at a chain coffee house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We found this place while driving north on I-35 and it is fabulous. Good strong coffee (roasted onsite). Outstanding fresh baked goods (best banana bread ever). Responsible COVID-19 precautions. Friendly, pleasant, ambiance. We’re from Wyoming so we have no connection to anything Mason City. Worth diverting from the Interstate.

Were in town to visit the local Frank Lloyd Wright sites and stayed at the Historic Park Inn. Since many places are not open due to COVID, I asked the front desk for a coffee shop recommendation for breakfast. They strongly and exclusively recommended Jitters. It was only a few blocks from the hotel and we were greated with a smile. We asked if they had breakfast sandwiches and she said abosolutely and told is she personally made the. It took about 10 minutes but they did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and friendly place. Highly recommend it if you are in town. Wish we had a a great coffee shop on our...

Stopped in while out for a walk during an overnight stay in Mason City. Sign sain in business since 2000, so I expected more from this place.

Coffee was ok and prices reasonable. Workers were wearing masks and practicing COVID-19 procedures. A few bakery choices, did not order food.

Drive through was busy, that seems to be the main part of their business. Just a few locals inside, most walk in traffic early moring was just carry out.

Couches and furnishings had a lot of wear. Only one bathroom, and wood door was pretty beat up on the bottom. Think it is time to invest a little in the building and...
