Pad Thai Express — Restaurant in Mason City

Update frm 1 to 5 star I went to this place again to try the food. The customer service had done a 360! I was promptly greeted by both the cashier(diff one..this one had blk/blond hair w/a hat on) and the older lady that was cooking when I walked past before. I ordered the N10 which is Lomein and I added 🍤. When I tell you I am SO glad I gave this place a 2nd chance!!! They did not disappoint!! The food was AMAZING!!! I WILL be bck!!*

Initial review I was referred to this place by a young lady that said she was a friend of the owners. I walked up to view the menu board which had no prices and I was given a off putting stare. I was never greeted with even a simple hello, may I help you, not even do I hv any questions since again displayed menu board had no pricing. Stop LOOKING and COME HERE!!!!. I grew up in a community with Thai, Vietnamese and Japanese family and friends and this food reminded me of home! The food was cooked fresh and it had so much flavor! The staff was warm and welcoming. Thank you so much for making delicious food it brought such good memories to me. This is my new favorite restaurant!! Thank you! A little tricky to find but totally worth the hunt! It’s in the mall near one of the entrances. Hands down our favorite restaurant we have discovered so far. We plan to visit again soon. My family loved the lo mein, garlic Thai dish, veggie spring rolls, and egg drop soup. Generous servings and you can chose your protein, so it was perfect for us as vegetarians.
