Ordered online. I got there right at the specified time and three of four items were ready on the pre-paid stand. I asked for my salad and the employee asked if she could refund me for the salad as they had run out of lettuce. I said "sure!" Then she said she'll be right with me and proceeded to help the four customers in line. That was iritating but it actually went quickly. My turn comes, I ask for her to refund entire order to re-ring the items I was receiving because I'd given a percentage tip based on the higher total. She said she'd need to get her manager, I said "ok." Two minutes later she comes and says the manager on duty was rather new so she called her GM who didn't answer the phone. I asked what would be equivalent to the salad like maybe another dessert and/ or some soda or something, I would take a swap. She would need a manager for that as well, so I gave her a break and accepted the $8.00 cash, they kept the tip, which I regret leaving in the first place. Fast forward 15 minutes, I get to the dinner I was providing to share with an old friend I hadn't seen for two years and apologize for no salad. Next issue was that I received the wrong monkey bread- I ordered the dessert one as she had two small children who would've loved it but we received the garlic kind. Next issue was that the thin crust was stretched so far over the tray that the edges burnt in the oven. Last issue was that the half-and-half pizza was much more 2/3-1/3. Toppings and cheese still tasted good....

Ordered online for convenience, sat outside with no cars or people in the store to wait for my order. Then they made excuses about being swamped after I inquired about my order, after showing me my ticket printed before any of the other customer orders who arrived well after me and placed their orders at the counter. Had to ask me three times what my order was, and then still had to go make my salad that was ordered. If I hadn't already paid online I would have left! Another customer commented about how disorganized they were. Good food, but wouldn't recommend this...
Read moreI always have a great experience at your Mason City, Iowa location. Dan, the manager, is always upbeat, friendly, and professional. Last night my experience was again positive as usual. I didn't realize they closed at 9 and came in right before closing time. I felt terrible and wasn't going to order due to how close it was to closing time. Ryan assured me that it was absolutely not an issue. He said "We are open until 9! Please go ahead and order! That's what I am here for." He was so positive and happy to make my pizza.
