SO DAMN RUDE! I drove 40 minutes cause I was craving Taco Bell. I got there around 11:45, 15 minutes before they were supposed to be closed. It says here on Google AND on their drive thru window OPEN UNTIL 12 OR LATER. I waited in the drive thru for a minute & looked at the menu that was all lit up still, no one ever greeted me. So I drove around to the window & waited a minute & did a quick honk to get their attention. The girl inside seemed annoyed I was there. She opened the window & just looked at me. I explained that no one said anything at the speaker so I drove around & she said, "ya that's cause we're closed" I looked at the clock & it said 11:47. I said but you don't close for at least another 10 minutes!? She responded with, "we ran out of food, so we're closed". Really? You ran out of food? I HIGHLY doubt that. Meanwhile another employee walks up behind her EATING some food! So I said are you serious!? You ran out of food?! She said it again even more annoyed, "yeah we ran out of food" & just stared at me like a go away stare. So I just said ok whatever & drove off. She was completely rude the entire conversation & didn't give any explanation or said sorry or any remorse.
I've been to this location quite a few times & have never had a problem with staff being rude & they've always gotten our orders correct.
I should've drove to Waverly instead where they are nice & are actually OPEN the hours they...
Read moreWe ordered from the kiosk and noticed one of them was broken and needed to be replaced. After we ordered, we didn't receive the drink that we ordered via the kiosk. We wnt to sit at a table and noticed that every table was dirty. We at about 2pm and the lobby only had two other guests. We were there for a while, and no employee came to the lobby to clean any of the tables. The food was warm, which was great, but my tortilla chips to go with my cheese dip were crushed and hard to eat. We even used the bathroom that had a sign stating they cleaned or atleasted looked at the bathrooms every 30 minutes. Again, we were there and never saw an employee go in the bathroom. When we did use it, it was dirty, and the tolet paper wasn't even placed on the roll. It was just sitting on the tank of the toilet. Also, if you are in the handicapp stall, you can see the other person through the gap in the stalls. When we tried to enjoy our food, the employees were talking super load, almost yelling, and using profanity. Also, before we left, two of the three employees we saw were hanging out with friends outside the front entrance blasting music. I used to be a shift lead at a fast food restaurant, and that isn't acceptable. I would not recommend this Taco Bell location. I have been to others and have never had such a...
Read moreJust went through the drive thru. I was attempting to use the app for the first time, and was thinking the app was similar to McDonald's or Burger King in which they give you a promo code you give through the drive thru. I quickly realized I had to order everything online. As I was quickly trying to order (which was taking a couple of minutes) the drive thru lady very rudely told us that we "need to use the app before going through the drive thru as it defeats the purpose of being speedy in the drive thru". I apologized and told her this was the first time I was using the app. I completely understand where that worker was coming from, but the way she told us was completely out of line. She sounded sarcastic, and was very short with us.
In addition to that, there was no others vehicles behind us.
Very disappointed in their service. I myself have worked in the fast food service, and I would NEVER talk to anyone the way she talked to me. There's enough negativity in this world, why add to it?
Needless to say I won't be going back to taco bell.
On the bright side, taco John's service was fantastic! Very nice employees and the food is always delicious. I know where I'll be going...
