Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Mason

Pizza is always good but not when it has been delivered 20 min later than the quoted time and barely warm for the 2nd time in a row! The delivery guy was extremely apologetic and explained that they were short staffed. He suggested I call the manager. When I called the manager he quickly cut me off and told me it wasn't his fault, instead of simply apologizing. I am shocked at the attitude by this manager and the way their poor service was handled! There a many other places to eat pizza! My family and I will not be ordering...

Rudest delivery driver that I have ever encountered. He started barking at me and talking over me as soon as he exited his vehicle because he didn’t want to walk through a little snow to get to my door. So he decided it was acceptable to leave my food on my vehicle in 20 degree weather and drive off. Very hostile front of house staff member (larger white female at the register) Apparently asking to adjust the online order your wife erroneously made is labeled as being "rude to their workers" Sorry that i didnt want to keep the 20% tip for picking up my own pizza. The ultimatum of keeping the original tip amount or being forced to cancel the order and leave without my pizzas was quite comical to hear. I'll be going elsewhere for my generic pizza orders....
