Not a positive experience AT ALL with owner Lacy. Be very careful not to go by a conversation with her or employees there and MAKE SURE you read and SIGN their contract. I didn't realize that you only had 60 days for your things to sell or they become donated to the store!!!! When I went in to pick up my cks I noticed my huge chest had a sold sign on it, I asked about when I get that and was told, it's after 60 days and it was donated to the store!!!! How nice of me!! My other dresser wall unit, which I had to come in and put together and they didn't post correct pic until and emailed about it, was gone. The cashier said I don't know where it is, maybe donated?? How do I know it wasn't sold? No donation receipt, nothing. I emailed Lacy to please send a copy of contract I signed because I didn't remember the 60 day deal, she called me today and didn't understand why I wanted a copy, and started off defensive "did you want your furniture consigned" I could hear it in her voice that this wouldn't be a good conversation. I said twice what is problem with me asking for a copy of contract I signed? Then we both got louder and she just talked continuously and called me a cry baby, I had to laugh at that, she sounded like a crazy person. My daughter was listening and couldn't believe it either. To get that defensive right off the bat is ridiculous. I will agree that I'm stupid for not asking for a contract and just going by the few questions that I asked. It was nice that they picked it up but they did take and extra percentage off the 2 things I did sell and I guess they get the rest from my "donated" chest! Lesson learned. I probably would have let this go if Lacy hadn't been a complete RUDE, DEFENSIVE and OBNOXIOUS person. Just want people...

If you're considering consigning with this store, be aware of a few key things. The contract states that consigned items remain yours for 60 days before becoming store property, which is clear. However, they don’t fully explain their pricing strategy upfront.
Their prices for used goods are quite high. For instance, I found a small mug with birds on it that I liked, but it was priced at $9.00—only $1.99 less than a brand-new one on Amazon. That kind of markup seems excessive for secondhand merchandise.
Another thing to note is their price reduction schedule. I wasn’t aware that they follow a structured markdown system. We consigned seven items, and only a few sold within the 60-day window. We retrieved the remaining items just one day before they would have become store property. Interestingly, the day after our 60-day window, when the items became theirs, prices were slashed in half—making that little mug, and possibly my items that didn't sell, finally worth considering.
This is how they operate: once your items officially become theirs, they cut the price in half, making them more appealing to buyers.
And here’s another frustrating aspect: unless you accumulate at least $20 in commission, your earnings can only be used as in-store credit. Since I only made just over $10.00, I had no choice but to spend it there. I picked up a couple of items, reclaimed my unsold items, and won’t be returning. I'd rather donate to a needy family, than consign to this store.
Both sellers and buyers should be cautious when dealing...
Read moreI signed a contract in Jan of 2016. Since I brought my table in I didn't see that if they pick it up that you only get 40% instead of 50%. Fast forward two years later. I had a couch and chair to sell in very good condition. We were ready to take it up there in the pick up truck but rain was in the forecast. My husband saw that there was FREE pick up so we asked about doing that. At first the said no but since we only lived a block away they called me back and said they would pick it up. Two guys showed up no receipt or anything. When I called for a receipt I find out I no longer get 50% but 40%. I told them if I knew that, I would have NEVER asked them to pick it up! They never mentioned that. So I went up there to get my furniture they wouldn't give it to me unless I gave them $60. That was no where on the contract. They had a full truck and I was a block away and my husband helped load it. I would have been fine if they would have given me the 50% off but it was the principle. They charge a buyers fee I got very little for the table I dropped.off. Saying that they have FREE shipping and then tell you that you get 10% less for your merchandise does not make it free. Telling you in fine print at the bottom of the page is deceiving If they would have made it right by giving me 50% I would have been fine. On top of all of that I get charged $60 to get my stuff back. I don't recommend. They are all about getting money instead of doing the right thing. They make all the...
