I was the first order in the drivethru, at the time there was one car behind me. I ordered 2 mcdoubles and a mcchicken. I paid and pulled up to the second window and the woman with green hair opened the window and said, while doing something else, "did you get the two mcdoubles and a mcchicken" I said yup. She left the window open and kept organizing cups or something then about a minute later she handed me my coke, which wasnt full, and said "here you can have that at least". Then the window closed and I sat and after about 10 minutes of not being approached again I finally started trying to get her attention (I was now going to be late to my movie), seemed like she was now purposely waiting out of my view, after about 5 more minutes I left the drivethru, went inside, and saw her starting to walk towards the window with a bag. I said "is that mine?" She looked at me, looked at the window, then back at me. "Did you get the two mcdoubles and a mcchicken?" I said "yes and I've been waiting 15 minutes", in an admittedly frustrated but not rude tone of voice. She IMMEDIATELY snapped back at me and went off about how they're so busy and they only have one person on sandwiches. There were only 4 other people inside who appeared to have their food, and a few minutes after waiting in the drivethru more cars did pull up. I told her I had three dollar menu sandwiches and I was wondering how it took so long. She snapped at me again. I told her I'd like a refund she said "I cant do that". I said i think you can, but you're not going to do anything to make this right? She said "I cant do anything." I said "I KNOW you can." Theres always something that can be done, even some form of an apology. Nothing. She then angrily went towards the cups and pulled one out and said "I can give you a pop that's it." I reminded her that she had already given me one. She said "well thats all I can do. Go ahead and call and complain tomorrow." I told her I definitely will, theres no reason for her to be treating me this way. I'd heard about several other negative experiences with a woman with green hair at this McDonalds. Obviously this is a recurring issue....
Read moreI’d give negative starts if I could. My wife and I came here today 11/20/2022 to grab something quick on our way home from grocery shopping around 2:00PM. When we pulled up to order all we got was “go ahead” in the most “I hate you, my job, and my life voice I’ve ever heard. no hi, hello, how are you, welcome to McDonald’s, nothing. So I ordered and pulled up to the first window, again no hi or anything. Just a terrible attitude, she took the card, gave it back and didn’t say a word. So I got up to the next window and waited, then some little emo looking girl gave us our food with a dirty look and didn’t say a word either. Just gave us the food and shut the window. Seriously, what is with the employees at this location? My wife and I always make it a point to be nice to customer service workers as long as they’re pleasant to us first. I worked in food service for a number of years back in my teens and I would have been fired IMMEDIATELY had I acted that way to someone. I will never return here. We now hate the employees/service they give. Management also doesn’t care because I’m sure they’re desperate for employees. Either way, this the worst McDonald’s location ive been to. Read moreHow bad could a McDonalds be? After my third bad experience here I thought it deserved a review, because it appears this location has issues that others don't. Today my wife and I showed up at their empty drive-through to place our mobile orders. We had each placed a mobile order on our own phone. When they heard that we had 2 mobile orders they said we could only fill them by parking and coming inside. We've done this many times at other McDonald drive throughs, never with any problem. I asked why, and the order taker (who turned out to be the manager) wouldn't answer. Long story short, getting food took about 15 minutes inside and there was no line. My best guess, only a guess, is that they try to punish dual orders to ensure that in the future there is only 1 mobile discount per car. And then the fries arrived stone cold. I got to thinking about other problems I have had only at this location. For example, I usually ask for "light ice" at the drive-through speaker because the mobile app only allows regular or no ice. All other locations happily do this - but this location says "we can't adjust because the order is already in." I won't go through my third bad experience because this review has already gone on long enough, lol. I'm cool with McDonalds but...
