Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Massillon

Happened upon this location 2 weeks ago and wondering why I haven't been here all along! My family and I have been eating at BW3 for years, particularly the Medina location. They (Medina) started getting too many rules not conducive to great customer service and the food quality began to decline, so we stopped going! The one in Kent has too many rules and upcharges as well (one sauce, not enough sauce on the wings to begin with, undercooked chicken, etc) We went to the one in Canton and our server literally came back to our table 5 times telling us what her manager said we couldn't do or have! (It was simple stuff, wanted the boneless wings with no sauce, sauce on side and they wanted to charge us for no sauce and on the side, found a bundle on line that said dine or to go...Canton said it was to go only, but manager said she would LET us do it THIS TIME...you not doing me a favor when it right there in black and white! So we gave up on ALL BW3s, until we found Massillon...so far so good! Our server Kaylan was awesome...went back a second time and had Britanny who was just as great....met the manager Keri and she stopped over and talked to us for a bit and ackowledged us a patrons....we drove 35 min to this location bc of the great customer service, being valued as a customer and the food is always hot and fresh and not once have we been told we can't have the food the way we like or ordered it! Great job Massillon! See you soon! The other locations will never get another...

Me and my friends came in last night around 9:30 pm (1.5 hours before close) as we came in we apologized for the large group size and how late we were, as we sat down we were treated nothing short of disgustingly rude. our server kaylan was short with her words and seemed to have an attitude towards my group. We initial brushed it off as maybe she was just having a bad day, one of the members from my party even gave her a 20 dollar tip before ordering, following that she was continuously rude. What really upset me was our server kaylan coming over to our table to tell my friend who had just given her 20 dollars that he looks like he is on drugs and proceeds to point too 2 other of my friends accusing them of being on drugs, this statement was completely made up on her own assumptions we were polite and kind the entire time, maybe we were a little loud but that is to be expected or a group or 12. after this we finally get our food where then we treated very poorly as we tried to order more food with our unlimited wing deal. It finally came to the point where we ask to speak to a manager, We waited for around 30-40 minutes to speak to a manager and we’re never given anyone to speak to after we were told there would be someone right over to speak to us. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! I ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with 2 caesar dressings on the side - this salad comes with Garlic Toast. I place the order at the Massillon location but live 25 miles away in Canton (because I was currently in Massillon). I get home and open the bag to find a bowl of romaine lettuce, croutons, and 3 small slices of chicken. It was PATHETIC! I find that there was NO dressing nor was there garlic toast. I call and speak with the Manager Adam (??) who asks me if I come in there often. I tell him no and explain that I live in Canton. He says the only thing he can do is offer me another salad the next time I come in. What part of I live in Canton and do not visit the Massillon location did he not understand??!! I ask him for someone to bring me the items I was missing or refund me. He said that he would not do that because I received the salad and the dressing is just free. It was a bowl of dry lettuce!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this restaurant as the customer services is EXTREMELY piss poor!!!!! This review makes me give at least 1 star...this location does not deserve...
