Normally I wouldn't post this but considering we have praised Sera Bella restaurant in the past I decided to share. I will NEVER eat there again. On Friday we're had a reservation at 3:00 to take two of my cousins and my Mom out to dinner. Some of us were still eating, others had ordered coffee and we all ordered dessert. The old lady, who I can only assume was an owner, came over to our table and said since MOST of you are finished eating, we need you to pay your check and go ahead and leave because we need the table. What?! Excuse me?! Let me clarify, we had not just been hanging out, we had just finished our salads and got our main course. Some of us were full and saved room for dessert which is why we were finished and others were not. The desserts were hurriedly brought from multiple waitresses while this lady kept telling them to hurry up so we could pay our bill and leave so they could get the table. We hurriedly ate our desserts and left while coffee was left unfinished on the table. There were lots of empty tables, no line or even people waiting and when we stepped outside there was nobody so I have no idea why she had a problem. We knew it wasn't our waitresses fault but what if we decided her tip was based on our entire experience? We didn't and we tipped her well but others may not.
Their food is good but not exceptional and with the rudeness of this woman, there are plenty of other Italian Restaurants, I don't need to eat at theirs. I feel sorry for the waitresses, makes you wonder what they have to...
Read moreHonestly one of my favorite places ever! When my husband first took me out there (it his by his office an hour away from our home) I was confused as it kind of looks like a hole in the wall of this very blah looking strip mall. But then we ended up having some of the best food and service! So now we all long to go here whenever we are in the area. My daughter had a volleyball tournament in the area so we were excited to go here afterwards. It was very busy so we had to wait. When we got seated they were so apologetic. It was so sweet, but we could see how busy they were and felt that they got us in pretty quickly under the circumstances. They gave us an extra pepperoni roll and two free desserts for the wait which was way above and beyond any expectations. Service was stellar!! I feel like the past two years it has been increasingly more difficult to find dining experiences like this. Prices are going up, staffing is short and spread thin, food is more mediocre. So by time you are finished you regret not just cooking at home. But here it was like they havent been affected by any of this. Food was Amazing!! Service was fast, pleasant and knowledgeable. We left there feeling like the wait, the calories, the money, was all worth it. And we still each had leftovers where I didn't have to cook the next day! Bonus!! I can't speak highly enough about here! Normally I would have more pictures, but we attacked our food pretty instantly. I'll have to do my photography and videos like I normally do next time...
Read moreWell, well, well, where do I even begin with this so-called Italian restaurant? Let me tell you, I've had better Italian food at a gas station convenience store.
The pasta sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can, no love, no care, no seasoning. It was as bland as a cardboard box, and I wouldn't be surprised if they actually used one to serve it in. And don't even get me started on the chicken parmesan, it seemed like it had been frozen since the Jurassic period.
The service was slower than my grandad on his Sunday afternoon stroll, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to their customers! I mean, come on, if you're going to charge me an arm and a leg for a plate of pasta, the least you can do is pretend to care about the people eating it.
Honestly, this place is a waste of time, money, and taste buds. I wouldn't even feed it to my dog, for fear of sending him to the vet. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, because this place is as Italian as a...
