New Home Sing — Restaurant in Massillon

Not as good as it once was. BEEN GOING DOWNHILL...... Very disappointmed last 2 times there. Chicken was tough like it was old and the flavor wasn't like I remembered for General Tsos. Will give them one more chance.

5-10-19 They had their last chance WITH ME and they 100% FOR SURE use MSG so STAY AWAY!!! I have AFIB sensitive to MSG so eat here and get poisoned. I now eat at China King on Amhearst Rd. for less money and better taste and way better service and NO MSG!

New Home Sing used to be the best but it's been about 3 years since I've enjoyed a meal here. (About 9 meals in that time as my lady friend begged we give them "one more chance")

Not a one was any good and the sour/ standoffish attitude of the people is not helping. Plus the place has been looking dingy and dirty. Could make it official and see the past 3 years health dept reports....but too lazy. So much easier to just eat at China King where the food is piping hot and fresher and you at least get a smile and a...

This place is my favorite Chinese take out restaurant. The staff are friendly, the food tastes great always, my order has never been messed up, the prices are fair, the food is always packed neatly in the bag, the portions are great, and the food is always cooked in a timely manner. I would highly recommend eating there and supporting their business. :)

Edit: I'm a regular in there and the lady at the front counter knows me from coming in fairly often. She is always so sweet to me. I recently went in there after working a 9 hour shift at work and I was exhausted and tired and just overall sad about certain things in life. It showed on my face how drained I was and she noticed and I think she threw in a couple extra dumplings in my order for free just cause she knew I was feeling down. This has been one of the sweetest things a someone has done for me. Thank you so much. If I ever get rich, i would definitely repay you...

Worst Chinese food that I have ever had!! I'm not even chinese but I could turn out a dish that is more representative of authentic than this place! The food is most definitely NOT representative of their menu description or photos of the dishes - my boyfriend & I ordered completely different dishes and could not even distinguish which was which (they were both equally disgusting!... and the crab ragoon? (I had to spit it out I couldn't even swallow it. We will never order from here again ... to the 9 people that posted reviews online saying it was the best they ever had... they did not pay you far enough to spread those lies - you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! — feeling disgusted at New Home...
