I have been here several times, it always takes longer than normal to get your food, even if you're the only one there. Today, I ordered sausage gravy with biscuits and a side of shredded hash browns. I had walked down and ordered it to go. When I got home, the first thing I opened was the container of gravy, which was less than half full and I had a large order - definitely not enough to cover two halves let alone 4. I opened the hashbrowns, which weren't brown at all, still yellow and in an actual puddle of grease. It looked as though he just dumped the pan contents with the hash browns into my to-go container before they were done. Then I opened the box with the two biscuits, they were both cut in half, buttered and smashed and looked as though they had come off of someone else's plate that left them behind. I called and told them I was bringing it back for a refund. When I got there I took all the food out and opened the containers to show them. A very rude man rolled his eyes and said things happen. I told him that breakfast is the easiest thing to make, it's actually difficult to get it wrong and that I had walked here twice now due to inedible food and I was getting pissed by his eye rolling and sarcastic attitude. I gave him my card and he told me to sit down and calm down, I explained calming down was not possible due to my amygdala being overstimulated due to his rotten attitude and stepped out the door to wait and avoid further conflict. The only thing he had to do was run my card for credit. A few minutes later I turned on my phone and walked in and asked if he was done. He started screaming at me that he was calling the police because I wasn't allowed to record inside. That's a huge trigger for me, words were exchanged and they yelled at me to get out and I was still waiting on my credit card, I stepped out again. A few minutes later when I went back in to check about my card, a was greeted at the door by three people coming out at once, one was the cook, I told his food was horrible and ignored his response. They told me I was trespassed and to LEAVE NOW, but still hadn't given me my card. As soon as they did, I took it, came home and called the police. They took a report and were headed down to Chloe's after we were done. Horrible cook, horrible management...
Read moreWent for the first time this past weekend with my husband. We loved it! We have traveled all over the US and have experienced many 50s diners. This is definitely one of the best in Ohio we have been to. Everyone needs to keep in mind this is a new restaurant, they are working out kinks and getting everyone in a groove.
Here is some constructive feedback: There was a wait when we arrived, wasn’t a big deal it was nice outside and a lot to look at overall. I would love to see music be added. When you walk up outside and inside it would be nice to have some music to get the energy going.
Menu is a basic diner menu. We ate lunch so I can’t say anything about the breakfast but lunch was good. Milkshakes were great. They came in the metal containers. Getting old fashioned glasses with a cherry on top would boost the look of it and entice people to see them and want one. It was a surprise that they only make sliders. They are cute and for some people/kids it’s the perfect size but my husband would have liked more. I would love to see more sauces be added to the menu for the onion rings. Having the old chrome napkin dispensers on the tables with the red and yellow bottles for ketchup and mustard would look great in here. Place settings would make the tables look more inviting. There was only two booths which were very nice! There was a lot of empty space in the dinning area, I would recommend putting more booths along the walls in there, people like booths for the comfort.
The staff we interacted with was very nice. No one was rude. Trying to get people seated and things flowing.
Overall great experience and we will be returning again. This is a local business I would love to see succeed! Instead of giving a negative review if you did not have an ideal experience, try offering suggestions to help them.

Read moreThe food tasted alright, I got the sliders and cheese fries. When I received the food the cheese on the fries was hard and wasn't served with a fork like you would think it'd be. The burgers were alright, nothing crazy from unseasoned meat with hardly any taste other than the ketchup I had to smother them in. Ended up paying about 40 dollars after tip, and it was only for 2 single sliders and 2 double sliders, and a hotdog.. and 3 small portions of fries plus a shake. Didn't even get soda, only water. The water was good.. The service is where it lacked the most, there were people standing around with a 15 min break doing nothing.. tables needed busted but they were all talking to each other like they wasn't working, management didn't say anything to the workers like hey there are 4 parties standing there waiting for a place to sit. Waited about 45 mins for a table, almost left. But once we got sat down our food was there quick after we ordered so can't complain in that department, and the burgers were hot and fresh. We didn't have anyone come ask us if we wanted refills, it was just an off experience.. plus the menu was tiny, not a lot of variety. You could get chicken tendys but that was 11 dollars for 3 with fries... It just felt weird I don't know, I'd say if ya like expensive sliders and fries go for it, but you can get more for less to go to...
