Dunkin' — Restaurant in Massillon

I doordashed here a little bit ago... The sandwich we received is burnt the cheese crunches when you try to eat it the eggs there is a piece missing out of one of them. We ordered three donuts and we only received one, which was entirely wrong. We also ordered a small tea and a medium tea but received two smalls. Doordash refuses to connect me to an agent so I cannot do anything about it there until they decide to. I called the store and they gave me the manager and I told her what happened and I said one cuss word because I'm a little annoyed this is my dinner I worked a long shift today. And she proceeded to hang up on me. I called her back and she told me she doesn't get paid enough to get cussed at mind you I said one word. She was very rude despite saying multiple times she's sorry that that happened. And she lied to me saying that the Dasher tried to contact me through text and call. However the Dasher never bothered because I have had my phone on me the entire time waiting for this order and not once was I texted or called by DoorDash. Absolute disgrace of a company. And yes I understand that you are gonna be low stock on donuts, but to only give one when 3 were ordered?? And for Dunkin and DoorDash to lie to me?? If you cannot properly stock donuts, stop serving them late at night. What you did to me was absolutely not okay you stole...

I went to this Dunkin on Friday, March 5, 2021 in the afternoon. I went into the restaurant and stood away from the counter for a little bit while looking at the menu to decide. Then I walked right up to the counter to make my order. I stood there for a couple minutes (and was no longer looking at the menu, but at the employees who I thought would take my order) but nobody said anything to me or would take my order while I waited quietly. Several girls stood close by in plain sight talking to each other (while not filling orders) about different things, but none of them would acknowledge I was even there. Also, at least one decided that they would come to work in their spandex leggings, which is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OFFENSIVE to say the least (and much much more offensive to me than refusing to acknowledge my existence). So I left without giving them any of my business, and I likely never will give them my business, at least for many years. I usually like this dunkin, but recently the experiences I've had with the workers haven't been good. I ordered online and got there in 5-10 mins after I ordered. Drive thru was super long so I just walked in to grab my food and go so I'm not late for work. The workers were extremely rude and ignored me when- after a few mins of waiting- I said excuse me a couple of times. Finally, I got the attention of one and told her I had a pick up but it was placed to be picked up through the drive thru. Took her about 5 mins just to hand me my already made drink (the order that i placed almost 15 mins before) that was on the counter since I walked in. After a few mins I caught her attention again and told her I also had food waiting for me (also on the counter) which she responded "k." in a very annoyed way.
