I hate to leave a bad review about a Jimmy John’s store since I love Jimmy John’s but my last 3 visits have progressively gotten worse and worse at this sycamore location. I am a rewards member and I order ahead on the app with the expectation that the order will be ready on the pick up counter when I arrive (about 10 mins later) I am always having to wait 10,15 mins additional after I arrive which is totally unacceptable for Jimmy John’s speed standards, the store is staffed well and Its not like I’m coming at the busiest time.
In addition, compared to other Jimmy’s johns, this locations bread is not nearly as good, my last sandwich had a lot of cracks and was stale on the outside and doughy on the inside, plus the veggies and meat quality is just ok compared to other locations.
In short, Jimmy John’s food is good but not this location, drive 5-7 mins down the street to the Galleria one, you’ll definitely...

Ya'll, I have seen some things in my day, but nothing like this. I was waiting for my sandwich and had to get something in the living room. As I am walking by the door, someone beats on it like the police. AS that happens, I open the door. Quick like. My sandwich was on the porch and not a dang soul was there! No one! No car. Nothing. Do you understand me? It takes at least 5 full seconds to get from my door to the driveway. And it takes AT LEAST 5 minutes to get out of my driveway because of the busy road I live on. Nope. Nothing but a knock, pitch black silence outside, and a sandwich. Scared me to death. It was a ghost.

I called their store and the manager told me he remembered my order and added extra salami then asked me to send him the photo to his personal cell and hung up. Did not offer any sort of resolution.
He did not call me back until after I completed their survey. I wish I could also post his voicemail. He said he offered to make it again on the phone when I first called, but he never did say that. Just asked for a photo then click! Poor customer service! Y’all need a new manager with better...
