Customer service is TERRIBLE. I waited 30 minutes for two wraps and it wasn’t even busy. I ordered two smoothies and the girl put so much ice in them they wouldn’t even blend. She started the blender THREE TIMES! She couldn’t even pour it from the blender to the cup. I told her there was too much ice and I would like her to remake it. Another employee suggested adding more water to it and if I still didn’t like it I didn’t need to drink it. I said I did not want more water added because it already had too much ice and the flavor would be non existent. Finally the girl started to remake the smoothie from scratch and still put so much ice the smoothie would not even pour out of the blender into the cup. I finally after 35 mins asked for a refund and the three girls there told me they could not do a refund because their manager wasn’t there. I said that was unacceptable and so one of them called the manager. She told me I couldn’t get a refund since there was no receipt so I suggested she put the two smoothies on a gift card because I definitely wasn’t drinking the garbage they made nor was I paying for it. I will never go back to this location. The manager was rude on the phone, the employees were rude and totally incompetent....

The customer service at this establishment was nonexistent. The employees did not greet us upon entry, in fact they barely spoke more than two words to us during our encounter. However this wouldn’t have normally bothered me if the following other incidents hadn’t occurred. After placing our order the employee proceeded to make our smoothies. However, none of the employees were wearing gloves. Due to the nature of the pandemic we are still currently in I would think more precautions would be taken. Also, while making our orders, again without gloves, the employee began using her phone and then later proceeded continuing our orders. This of course was not an issue because of it interfering with work, but rather because of the spread of germs that can come from personal devices alone. This is by far one of the worst Tropical Smoothie Cafes I have been to in terms of customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. 0/10 do...
