We Came in and it was very loud. We get up there the bread guy was friendly. We get to the section where you get your veggies, the employee ask my son a Questions and he couldn't hear her, he said what? She Rudely (snotty) remark what do you want! I kept calm, but literally I wanted to correct her. I kept calm and silent. But, when she wanted to be snotty to me. ( I have 15 years of customer service.) I USED my manager voice. We have plenty of options to go back home charleston Or 2 other locations in the area. I am sure this location is Busy. As I watched, as we sat inside. You have no problem with sales. How many other customers who had to deal with the same attitude. The, last employee we dealt with when we paid. Seems more like a manager, or supervisor. She was very patient, kind, very well with her customer service skills. ( this bothered my son, that he did bring it up at the table.) We need to realize, her problem isn't our problem. How she treated up, seems more a her problem. Maybe. It needs addressed? Retrained,? Because, whatever the reason was or is. She needs to be heard. Being over worked? Training new people? Whatever the reason is. She is the face of your store. Anyways. I give you the 2 stars for the 2 employees we delt with. Our food was sloppy and she put way too much sauces.. so, our food sucked. Read moreI have always loved subway. They have great sandwiches and I love that they can't mess up your order because it's made right in front of you. I went there earlier this evening to get a sandwich for my night shift. After parking, I looked at their sign and saw they had brought back the king's Hawaiian bread. I was disappointed when they discontinued it, as I loved it. So I was super stoked that they had brought it back. Unbeknownst to me, after ordering my sandwich, it is only an 8 inch as opposed to being able to get a footlong. So now it looks like a Jimmy John's sandwich. I liked it better as it was before. Needless to say I am once again disappointed, not that it will detour me from going in the future. Not cool...

After calling to explain order was incorrect, the employee on the phone was rude. Save your money and time , buy your own deli meat and cheese and make your own sub.
