O'Hana Karaoke & Grill — Restaurant in Maui

Just had lunch today November 3 2022. I order three trays of food. Plus water and guess what? During this time the waitress brought us water bottle it wasn’t cold we asked for Ice in a cup. Then I asked her for other food on the menu she said no more. So what I did. I took the menu and looked the food on my phone and seen what I wanted. Walked up the register and asked to order stir fried vegetables. She okay! Now when our food came out she brought everything except the lettuce that goes with pork belly. So I had walk up to the counter again and ask for it. She then yeah yeah I’m busy I’ll bring it. Plus also the restaurant was hot no Air condition. We waited one hour for our food. Okay this is the best part went up to pay my bill. Told her I will leave her tip on the table. I left her $2.00 dollars bad service. So she walks up to the table and seen the $2.00 dollars that’s all you are tipping me 2.00 dollars? I said did you give me good service? She didn’t answer! Instead she turned and told the customers seating across us and said an $83.00 dollar bill Only $2.00 dollars she left . I told her you can ask any waitress that serves me how much tip I give especially Miko’s restaurant. I give them the best tip ever. When your services sucks you get $2.00 dollars from me. She wanted to make me feel bad I said I am the best tippers when it comes to Resturant. You were the worse waitress… I will never eat...

Reserved a Karaoke room, tried to cancel because everyone got sick. Was told cannot cancel only reschedule then she hung up the phone on me. Drove there after work to try and reschedule, gave specific dates to the owner and right away told me no. Tried to ask next available Saturday, was told no more any, asked for the next month, was told no more any weekends available only Wednesday or Thursday. I asked again what the next availability for Saturday and the owner kept telling me no. So I left, my boyfriend called to request the same date I was trying to reschedule for and they told him it was available. Basically they just stole my money and lied to me. I asked nicely, remained calm and didn’t make a scene, the owner was already mad before I could explain myself. Terrible service, no empathy, and didn’t explain their policy when I first made the reservation! Never...

I rented a Karaoke room for my bday party, we had a good time just because we had a good time, but the older lady was very rude & interrupted our party twice, once in the middle, worried about a food tray lid, that was laying on the floor, in the corner of the room, and then again, 15min before the end on the party, she removed the trash before we were finished cleaning up the place and got mad when I threw the balloons, that we had popped, in the trash can and then told me she was gonna charge me a cleaning fee, while attempting to push me out the way...smh extremely rude with poor customer service...and my friends, who live on island says they will never rent from this place again...and advice, you should never put your hands on anyone, especially a stranger, you never know what they have been through or what they going...
