I often go in and order a turtle sundae and ask them to add banana. My daughter had a kitty cone with barely any ice cream in it which is the point. I got charged $9.05 for those two items the turtle sundae was a small I got exactly five small pieces of banana cut in half in my turtle sundae and still wound up getting charged what I did. I think their prices are really overrated the kid that was on the phone had no idea what the prices were I understand it's doing this season and he is a new person. However this is not the first time that I have ordered this item all they need to do is add banana to it and I was told that it would be a dollar 95 to add banana to Any Sunday. Even without being a mathematician that does not equal $9.05 it actually equal $7.25 for both orders period I did call to complain I understand he does not set the prices but I will just go ahead and take my chances and drive over to mr. G's in the future at least there I know I get what I'd like at the price that they...
Read moreOverall good service, except for the fact that my stepmom and me ordered mediums, but were served smalls.
Below are my expriences with their diffrent ice creams
Choclate Malt: It was perfect and we had no complaints
Mint Shake: It too was perfect and we had no complaints
Brownie Tornado: The brownies tasted almost stale and had a chewy texture, but besides that was good quality
Strawberry Shake: Very poor quality and was almost as if someone poured water in the shake just to make it the right size
Vanilla Shake: Just like the strawberry was very poor quality and almost as if someone poured water in the shake just to make it the right size plus it had a very strange vanilla flavor
Mint Choclate Sundae: The ice cream was of good quality, but just like the vanilla shake the choclate in the choclate chips had a...
Read moreDisappointing. I just moved to the Maumee area and expected Toozers to be comparable to Mr.Freeze and I was so wrong. First, the ice cream is subpar and melts quite easily. It has a slightly gritty texture as it melts as well. Mr. Freeze has soft serve that stays firm. Second, the size I received after ordering the largest they had was the same size as a SMALL at Mr. Freeze and cost twice as much ($11 for two sundaes). Third, the sundae had syrup on the bottom, a glob of vanilla ice cream and more syrup on top which was disappointing as I expected the same layering effect Mr. Freeze has that allows you to meld the flavors instead of eat syrup, ice cream, syrup. Sorry, there is absolutely no comparison. I'd gladly cross the river than walk down to this ice cream...
