One of the best Chinese restaurants we have been to in Puerto Rico. Not overcooked! Because Chinese food in Puerto Rico is usually substandard And does not really resemble Chinese food in the continental United States. They Overcook food in Puerto Rico especially pork, but also chicken, and they always give you French fries with every Chinese meal, which is totally crazy, and remarkable. Just try to find a good General Tso chicken at any Chinese restaurant; either they don't have it or they really do not know how to make it.

It would be so nice if we had a really good authentic semi-American Chinese restaurant, in the west side , where the food Is prepared similar to the States, it would Is be so so lucrative! Especially if...

I have been here at least 5 times now in the last 3 years since 2021. I personally enjoy the variety of foods and went recently again with my wife. She just didn’t enjoy the variety this time around. I must say that with the inflation it has caused the place to be visited by even fewer people than I have seen in the past.

Chinese food buffet in PR…. It wasn’t bad. Choice of 2 styles of noodles; 3 styles of rice; orange chicken; Chinese-style roast pork; pernil; fried chicken; spring rolls; fried wontons; 2 soups; desserts and condiments. There were a few other pork and chicken choices and a sushi roll. There were 2 shrimp (1 cold 1 hot) and 1 fried fish option. Not much selection for vegetarian entrees - aside from the lo mein and rice/beans, the only other option was whatever they had at the cold salad bar, which wasn’t much.
