One of the best Chinese restaurants we have been to in Puerto Rico. Not overcooked! Because Chinese food in Puerto Rico is usually substandard And does not really resemble Chinese food in the continental United States. They Overcook food in Puerto Rico especially pork, but also chicken, and they always give you French fries with every Chinese meal, which is totally crazy, and remarkable. Just try to find a good General Tso chicken at any Chinese restaurant; either they don't have it or they really do not know how to make it.

Not much selection for vegetarian entrees - aside from the lo mein and rice/beans, the only other option was whatever they had at the cold salad bar, which wasn’t much. The fruit offered was canned not fresh. Everything was very clean and the waitstaff...
