Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Mayagüez

Nothing spectacular at this location. The same as any other. One thing to note here is that on the drive-through, they have a station where you see the menu and seems to be the same place where you give them your order, but no. They just show you the menu there and you have to move on to another place where they have the very same station, but with the audio system to take your order. First time I ordered through drive-through I spent good 15 mins waiting for them to take my order on the first station. There is no indication anywhere stating that the first station is for you to check the menu and the second to check the menu again and take your order. Not a biggie, but...

This place has the worst customer service in the fast food business. Three incidents so far. I bought some extra biscuits and sent my son for honey to pour on them. They tell him at the counter that it has honey already with an attitude. 2nd time they had a deal on Tuesdays only. Advertising on Facebook. I go to through the drive thru. They tell me not anymore. I go back to Facebook and they tell me to go back to the store that it's still on. Like a well planned scheme, cashiers avoid giving customers the original sales receipt. Surely, not willing to be evaluated by customers for their services. When customers ask for it, they ALWAYS provide a "revised" copy with insufficient data (no store # in the first place), so nobody could ever be able to fill out the survey with it. Is there any manager or supervisor on charge of these scheme move inside the store or is it that they all are part of it? Way...
