Read moreUpdate: Took away one star and came back to say we went back to this location even after the first bad experience. The person at the window seemed to be having a party with her coworker barely paying attention. I gave her a $20 and she was supposed to give me $8.69 back she gave me $5.69. she saw we were waiting at the window but took her five minutes to come back and then she's like "que quieren" we said "nos distes El cambio Mal" she said "que yo te do que yo te di" with a condecending bad attitude. When we finally told her she got three dollars off the tip jar and gave it to us and said "pero no te tienes que enojar". First of all, we were NEVER upset until she said that. Horrible customer service. She should be working in the back stocking with that attitude not up front with people. I wish I knew her name so I could put it here but when I looked at the receipt under cashier it said OWNER so it hid her name. Wonder why. I love that place but hate her attitude. I've made sure to tell everyone I know about the experience so they choose a different location. I wouldn't want them to come across her and have her upset them. Get better employees or train them to treat customers right. Specially ones that treat you with respect to begin with. I still have the receipt and I'm open to management contacting me. I feel at least an apology is in order.
The drive thru person is inaudible. Two drinks for $20 is ridiculous and the taste isn't that...
