Ginza Sushi Japanese & Oriental Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Mayagüez

Headed home from the beach we were searching for some good Asian food for dinner and we were so glad we ended up here. Make sure you sanitize your hands and check your temperature on the wall upon entering for covid measures. They put up dividers between each table and all plates and utensils as well as serving dishes were disposable. I'm happy they are being extra safe and sanitary.

The food was extremely delicious. Such good flavor. We got house special soup, fried rice, seafood sizzler, peking duck, salmon sushi, beef and rice. We also ordered hot jasmine tea to warm the tummy after swimming. Super tasty and not overly greasy. We had plenty to take home and completely satisfied with our meal. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. Overall I highly reccomend for good Chinese and Japanese food!

Visited with some friends and had a great time! The place is nice and carries an oriental and homey atmosphere that welcomes you to stay. Menu is a little large and could use a little more streamlining and prices range from low $6.00 to high $50.00. Ordered the fried calamarie as a starter and it was okay, a little rubbery and too much breading, then went for the sushi pizza with salmon and eel toppings which was great! A perfect blend of sweet and savory that melts in your mouth. Service was okay, staff was friendly however the wait to get our table attended to was longer than one would expect.

Overall, the place offers a great variety of food for good prices and is one that I definitely recommend if you're into oriental food (especially sushi) or if you're looking to try...

First time to visit this restaurant and it was okay. That day we ordered the bento box for $13 its bot bad u get miso soup, 4pcs california maki, salad, a good amount of rice and the meat of that day.

✅Miso soup was good, served hot and has a flavorful taste. 😐Salad was okay I just hope they add some ranch or any salad dressing. 🫠Meat (chicken) lacks taste, it seems they sauteed it but they forgot to add the basic salt and pepper. 😥California Maki was okay 😬Cheesecake Tempura for desert was delicious! I like it.

The first server got a little bit an attitude since we asked her if she speaks english since I don’t understand spanish YET!

The second server was really polite and showed a good customer service plus! She speaks good english!👏🏻
