Ordered delivery today, A 140.00 + tab, one of the pizzas was supposed to be sausage not plain. Made a call, to a place where my family has gone for over 35 years. Me personally well over 20 years. Never once have we had a complaint. First call I’m sorry no problem we will replace the pizza, within a few minutes I get a phone call, oh your going to have to pay for the replacement pizza… This can’t be right, asked for the manager, Spoke with Val, oh well you ordered wrong. Ok I just spent 150.00 do you really think I’m trying to cheat you out of a 2.00 topping! I explained to Val I’ve been coming to your business for over 20 years!! Long story short— there was no gee I’m sorry we can issue a credit on your next order or will get a replacement out right away. It was a very snotty long way to go with fine we will pick up the plain pizza and give you a sausage pizza. At that point you know what you could do with your pizza. I told Val,, we have a long legacy of families that come there… she didn’t care. I guess they have too much business they don’t care about loosing business from 4 or 5 families that go there all the time. Over 35 years. ! Hope that pizza was worth it. I’ll never go back. Guidos is...

We have been really wanting to try this place as we bike past it all the time. The pizza was okay. Anyone who gives this pizza raving reviews has no idea what good pizza tastes like.

They got the order wrong but these things happen. Sauce was not bad had some flavor but the crust definitely takes that away. We got fresh mozzarella and there were slices that didn't even have cheese on them really. Overall a very disappointing pizza. The large is fairly small compared to competition and the quality just does not make up for it like we'd hoped when we saw the size.

We also got these garlic bread triangles at $1 a piece. They are basically flatter Crazy Bread with a seasoning on top. Seriously I feel like they are an exact copy of the dough and baking temps used at Little Ceasers. It was a flash back to college days. They are also not baked fresh and this is overwhelmingly obvious. We ate them in the car on the drive home and they were room temperature at best.

Overall if the price matched the quality I would have no problem returning. But honestly I feel like it would be a waste of money to give them a second chance. We will be sticking with our usual place that is a bit...

I have been coming to pizzazz regularly since I was a kid. Today, while waiting to turn out of the driveway, I was harassed by a delivery driver in the parking lot. He came up to my car yelling the f word and other slurs/obscenities . When I called the store the manager said that he claimed I ā€œflew out of the parking lotā€ (I was stopped, waiting to turn left, when he aggressively approached my car and started screaming and swearing like a madman). When I explained to her that that clearly did not happen, she said she trusts his word over mine. Regardless of whatever he THOUGHT I did for whatever reason, running up on customers car swearing and screaming slurs should NEVER be tolerated. You would think that with their prices, they would have some standard of employee conduct towards customer. Clearly they aren’t running it the way they used to. The girls up front are still friendly, attentive, and helpful as always but the rest of their staffing has dramatically gotten worse. I also noticed that they only reply to positive reviews now, so I am sure this will go ignored like all the other reviews calling out the horrible experiences people have had here. So...

Just picked up 2 calzones and a small salad. I had to wait for the calzones, which was fine. I asked the girl ringing me out how was her day no smile no personality, just bland fine and she continued to sip her drink. Upon leaving I noticed the customer in front of me was given napkins and a goodbye have a nice night, we were handed our food and nothing more! I did however wish them a blessed evening. I got the food, took a piece of the calzone while at a red light it was soggy at the bottom way too much salty seasoning on the top with absolutely NONE on the inside. The food at best subpar for the money! Due to the lack of customer service, people in the back visibly eating while standing on the prep line, excessive salt on top of the food with no flavor insideal and with it's soggyness we will not patronize this restaurant again.

Pizzazz had been on the list of places to visit for a while now. We've heard mixed reviews, so we were happy to finally taste their pizza for ourselves. We entered the building, and from the start, the employees were polite and accommodating. The food took a while to come out, but who cares if it's fresh and delicious. Im sure we would all wait for great food. Unfortunately, this experience wasn't all that we expected. While our pizzas looked delicious, they were not very tasty, and we had plenty left over. Without going into too much detail, everyone who ate the pizza experienced a bit of physical discomfort after doing so. This place must be doing something right as they've been there for many years. Maybe we just chose the wrong day to give it a try.

We used to like this place — at least we think we did — but whatever they’re doing now is not it. We recently ordered a takeout pizza that was so undercooked, greasy, and sloppy we literally couldn’t pick up a single slice without the entire thing collapsing. Cheese, toppings, sauce — everything slid right off. It was inedible. We brought it back to give them a chance to make it right, and instead of owning it, they told us it was probably our driving. Seriously? We live a few minutes away and didn’t hit a racetrack on the way home. Maybe try baking the pizza next time. Disappointing all around. If this is what passes for pizza in Cleveland, no wonder we’re all miserable.
