Ordered delivery today, A 140.00 + tab, one of the pizzas was supposed to be sausage not plain. Made a call, to a place where my family has gone for over 35 years. Me personally well over 20 years. Never once have we had a complaint. First call Iām sorry no problem we will replace the pizza, within a few minutes I get a phone call, oh your going to have to pay for the replacement pizza⦠This canāt be right, asked for the manager, Spoke with Val, oh well you ordered wrong. Ok I just spent 150.00 do you really think Iām trying to cheat you out of a 2.00 topping! I explained to Val Iāve been coming to your business for over 20 years!! Long story shortā there was no gee Iām sorry we can issue a credit on your next order or will get a replacement out right away. It was a very snotty long way to go with fine we will pick up the plain pizza and give you a sausage pizza. At that point you know what you could do with your pizza. I told Val,, we have a long legacy of families that come there⦠she didnāt care. I guess they have too much business they donāt care about loosing business from 4 or 5 families that go there all the time. Over 35 years. ! Hope that pizza was worth it. Iāll never go back. Guidos is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been really wanting to try this place as we bike past it all the time. The pizza was okay. Anyone who gives this pizza raving reviews has no idea what good pizza tastes like.
They got the order wrong but these things happen. Sauce was not bad had some flavor but the crust definitely takes that away. We got fresh mozzarella and there were slices that didn't even have cheese on them really. Overall a very disappointing pizza. The large is fairly small compared to competition and the quality just does not make up for it like we'd hoped when we saw the size.
We also got these garlic bread triangles at $1 a piece. They are basically flatter Crazy Bread with a seasoning on top. Seriously I feel like they are an exact copy of the dough and baking temps used at Little Ceasers. It was a flash back to college days. They are also not baked fresh and this is overwhelmingly obvious. We ate them in the car on the drive home and they were room temperature at best.
Overall if the price matched the quality I would have no problem returning. But honestly I feel like it would be a waste of money to give them a second chance. We will be sticking with our usual place that is a bit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been coming to pizzazz regularly since I was a kid. Today, while waiting to turn out of the driveway, I was harassed by a delivery driver in the parking lot. He came up to my car yelling the f word and other slurs/obscenities . When I called the store the manager said that he claimed I āflew out of the parking lotā (I was stopped, waiting to turn left, when he aggressively approached my car and started screaming and swearing like a madman). When I explained to her that that clearly did not happen, she said she trusts his word over mine. Regardless of whatever he THOUGHT I did for whatever reason, running up on customers car swearing and screaming slurs should NEVER be tolerated. You would think that with their prices, they would have some standard of employee conduct towards customer. Clearly they arenāt running it the way they used to. The girls up front are still friendly, attentive, and helpful as always but the rest of their staffing has dramatically gotten worse. I also noticed that they only reply to positive reviews now, so I am sure this will go ignored like all the other reviews calling out the horrible experiences people have had here. So...
