I went into this Wendy’s around 3 o’clock on July 13th. There appeared to be three individuals working. a younger lady in grey, a younger man in grey behind the grill and a younger lady in blue in the window. So the girl in the window, her blue uniform would suggest to me that she would be a manager of some kind, but I’m very hesitant in saying that based on the behavior she was displaying. I am a doordash driver and I had a very simple order. Baconator. Fries. Frosty. That is it. There was one other party in the lobby, maybe two cars in line. The young girl in grey was looking for some assistance on how to fulfil my order and from my perspective, the lady in blue was very short and snappy with her, saying “that’s not the doordash” over and over again, being kinda mean to the girl in grey trying to help me. Ultimately, I got my order, marked my order as picked up and started heading out when the girl in grey calls out “wait!” as if they forgot to put something in the bag. I bring it back and watch the manager remove the entire order out of the bag, put the order I had into a different bag and then hand it out the window. I assumed the “manager” was going to replace my order, rather, she threw out the bad with the doordash slip in the trash mind you I already told the customer I was on my way. 15 minutes go by, this manager and I make eye contact numerous times, not even a “can I help you” or “what do you need?” After that time I call out and ask “how my doordash order is coming?” She response in a very snarky way “what doordash.” I told her “the one that was on the slip she threw away.” She snaps at me saying “I never throw any food out” and I told. I never said she did. I explained to her that she handed the meal I was trying to deliver to someone else as I watched her do it minutes earlier. She then demanded the meal gets remade and TAKES THE RECEIPT OUT OF THE TRASH, and tapes it to my new bag. This place probably regularly gets reviews saying it’s not staffed well. If this women I worked with was the manage, I have to say it’s not managed well. People don’t want to work if they arn’t treated like people. People don’t want to work in tense work environments. Read moreI live and work locally to this restaurant. The night crew is excellent however the morning crew needs work especially the weekend shifts. 02/02/20 Late night eats are great. The burgers are excellent. 02/16/20 Seriously someone has to work with the weekend shift quality control.on The fries are always ice cold the chicken is always hard and rubbery and, the frosty chinos are always just coffee and no frosty. 03/23/20 Frosty chinos was just bitter coffee again. 04/11/20 Breakfast order for a family of three only had 2 of the 5 items correct. 04/17/20 I dont know why I keep comming back? I guess it is because the seasoned fries are so good and when they make the vanilla frosty chinos right they are fantastic. When they screw it up the frosty chinos are terrible. 05/20/20 The morning drive through manager was high as a kite. The frosty chinos was more coffee then frosty but quality control is getting better. 06/04/20 Breakfast order for me and my son went right in the trash a total waste of money, both sandwiches were wrong. 06/06/20 Morning crew forgot to use my coupon, they gave me the wrong sandwiches again and the coffee were gross and bitter. Another 19.00 waste of money. 06/06/20 After today's visit I contacted human resources, the bad experiences outweigh the good so I am not comming back to this location. Hopefully I will get this resolved. I will keep you posted. 04/07/21 Trying this out again because on my way home from work I needed some fast eats. Well, I should have kept driving tell me why my junior bacon deluxe had four slices of tomato on it and a handful of onions, and my vanilla Frosty Chino was just a coffee no sugar no Frosty Chino no nothing well at least the girl at the window was very nice. 04/14/21 Went back here tonight because my son begged me for a burger well I don't know what was more ridiculous waiting 11 minutes for three items or forgetting to put a meat Patty on my junior bacon. I'm not making this up here I had a fully dressed bun with all the condiments and the slice and cheese just no meat. Read moreI am impressed with this places performance now relatively speaking to the rest. I arrived around noon and saw a line wrap around the building so I chose curbside pickup to hope for some luck. By 8 minutes my food was not out but due to the long line I would not have even made it to the speaker system in that time. The amount of cars moving through are moving fast a good car order done every 30 seconds to minute. I decide to check on my order by walking by drive thru window. To my surprise they let me know if I am curbside it is ready and handed it to me and just said they are short staff only 2 people behind counter and apologized for what to be honest was faster delivery than expected for current circumstances. They got order right, diet ginger ale which is not a normal request. Burger King just recently handed me diabetic regular after 21 minute wait with 2 cars in front and these two people did nearly a dozen in 8 minutes congrats. Yeah it's busy and like my parents always say a line out the door is lost profits but these two employees in back are doing an insanely good job on their own for the amount of people they are doing and definitely keeping the insane lunch rush alive. Yeah I wish they had more people helping them out, but in this economy optimal is not currently expected but don't take advantage of it.
I also love their burbon sauce...
