Fazoli's — Restaurant in Maysville

Visited this establishment in Maysville KY on my way to visit some friends. I will be returning here on my next trip. Everyone treated me so kind and made me laugh. You could hear the team laughing and see them washing their hands and sanitizing the areas. That made me feel even more comfortable about the food I was ordering. I had the flat bread and a chicken bacon ranch salad. Even though I knew the flat bread was keto friendly they said I get bread sticks with the salad if I would like them. They asked because the sticks are not keto friendly. That was very nice also told me the croutons were made from the bread sticks and I tried them too they were amazing. The little girl up and smiled and seemed eager to help. All of the people in the back even smiled at me. I really enjoyed my visit. It's nice to know there are still places to go with both good food and good service I just don't know what I will try...

Restaurant seemed clean. But I didn't get part of my order. Had to ask for it twice. The server blamed it on the cook the first time and then took credit for being busy and forgetting the second time. But we watched her laugh and hang out with the other servers for over 5 minutes while or food sat. As a single mom of three kids we don't always get a chance to go out to eat. So for Christmas I thought it would be a nice experience. We chose to go a few days after Christmas to escape the 'busy' time and enjoy a nice mean. Needless to say it was $85 down the drain. Also, was just traveling through maysville coming home from visiting family, so it was kind of our little vacation....

It's like home to us really; they always treat us so well. I Love the flatbread and carbonara...( wish I could remember to request my favorites baked.... With penne) Ed says the pizza is better than the place across the road from there and he always gets side house salads with italian and loaded baked spaghetti. They have new wings and the boneless are on special now. WE frequently visit them often. We prefer to go when other people are dining and enjoy talking to the others who also seem to be liking their food.
