I dined with a group of six & was the only Black customer. My treatment was noticeably different: my drink refills were skipped, even when my glass was lower than others, until I had to ask. My meal was served last (though women are typically served first), my “thank yous” went unacknowledged, and I was singled out about having a separate bill when orders were being taken.

After sharing MY experience in a Facebook review, I was falsely accused of using specific words i never used, accused of knowing the server’s age, called “miserable” and “evil”, harassed to remove a misspelled server name from my review, verbally attacked online by a different server from the establishment, followed across social media platforms & even threatened with legal action by the server’s family. I drove an hour to come check out this funky new burger place I have heard a lot of good things about. I was immediately impressed with the unique & vibrant paintings on the building & inside.

The vibe walking up to the place is inviting and fun. Cool outdoor tables to sit with good tunes playing. The staff was extremely polite and helpful.

I tried the Cheech & Chong burger with onion rings. The burger was fantastic with a unique combination of toppings that just work. Onion rings were crispy and on point.

The best restaurant in Maysville. The owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. The beautiful mural, lighting, and decor creates a lovely atmosphere. Nobody else in town has such a cool hippie aesthetic. Had to try it out after 7 friends independently went on and on about how great it is. Been eating there daily, everything on the menu is fantastic. I especially like the goat burger and world class fish sandwich. The 4 apps for $20 evening option is such a good deal!
