I mean this in the most literal sense: f I could rate this place a 0/5, I would. Their employee's have absolutely 0 training, and apparently no ability to read. My family has had countless issues with this specific McDonald's. Mostly, my parents have gotten the worst of it. They've gotten straight carbonated water when the soda machine ran out, constantly have their food left out of the order, it's annoying. The nail in the coffin for me though, is the fact I've gotten the same thing every time I order from mcdonalds since I was 4, and I'm 24. I'm autistic, I can type clearly, but thats about it. I typically don't even complain about the mistakes to my parents, who order my food, because I can't put my thoughts into real words. Consistently, my order has been wrong every time my parents have ordered, oh and tonight they even got my dad's wrong!!! I get 2 double hamburgers, only pickles, only ketchup. Nothing else. 99% of the time I'm given singles, onion and bread that they clearly wiped mustard off of when they noticed that mistake. They leave it on the wrapper though, recontaminating the food. They're ripping my parents off, which is what bothers me (singles instead of doubles). And, actually, they do rip me off because I order food using the app when I can. Still get the same things, still get the same mistakes.
Oh, and we've called. The manager promised my mom to talk to the employees. The next week, it happened again. The same manager talked to my dad and acted MORTIFIED it happened, swore it'd never happen again. Last week? It was fine! They didn't mess up! Yay! This week? Read moreThey always serve up tasty food, they get it right in the drive through every single time, they're helpful and they tell you about the specials or seasonal items that they have, and I rarely have to pull up and Park, usually when my husband orders a buttermilk chicken sandwich (they take longer) FYI I have always despised, the pull up pick up. I used to think, and sometimes say, "it's not my fault that there is a buzzer or timer or something beeping at you, I guess that means you're supposed to have my order by now." But I guess I was a b*? AT THIS McDonald's, I don't mind pulling up, like you're at the mechanic, at all. They're out with your food really quickly and they never forgotton any thing. Ever. And don't worry about the line. We went through a line that was around the building, my husband protested, but we got to the end of that line, paid, and parked due to that chicken sandwich we ordered, in a little less than ten minutes. they always have five people running the drive-thru and a manager standing there watching everything happen. They have created for stations in the Drive-Thru. They have their s together.
PS. Great job 👍 and in addition to this, if they were my employees, I would be proud of them for their ability to upsell and give personal recommendations and advice on new items. That has resulted in more sales... at least in this car. I have appreciated every single recomendation. Best...
Read moreWe went through the drive throw and I am very thankful to have received my debt card in the mail today with no apology at all. The team member handed me 1 thing at a time slowly and forgot to give me my debit card. I was frustrated because he was handing me 1 thing closing the window and then another and so forth taking much longer than drive through experience. I was traveling got 3 hours away and realized he didnt give me my card back. Thankfully I had other ways to get gas however it could of turned out me being stranded in Oklahoma which would of made me more upset. Yes I should of been more alert on my card and will be now more than ever. However if he wasnt handing me one drink at a time closing the window and getting another drink I wouldnt of gotten frustrated and would of thought about my card. Higher management you could of sent an apology letter some coupons or something all I got was my card wrapped in a blank piece of paper. I do appreciate you sending me my card so thank you for that. Hope this dont become an issue for others....
