Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in McAllen

Every time I come to this particular BWW it's always full but this particular day it wasn't too packed so we decided to stay. We sat down at the same time as the people next to us and they were greeted before us by a young woman. We assumed we had the same waitress since we were sitting literally right next to the same people but she walked away right after.

After about 20 minutes, (my daughter and I/ took my son to the bathroom to change him) we come back to the table with my husband and still no waiter. The people next to us had their drinks before us. And we hadn't even be tended to and by this point we watched 5 different waiters/ waitress.

Finally I get up and approach a young man at the togo area. I tell him we have been waiting for 20+ minutes for someone to help and no one has come to us. He promises to get someone over there. I walk back and he goes to town asking all of the waiters who is our waiter... he comes back to us and says he couldn't find who our waiter was but he would help us. We ordered all of our food and waited. Meanwhile all of this is going on with our waiter, the people next to us still hadn't been asked for their order. By the time my husband and daughter were done is when the table next to us gets their own.

It wasn't so full and there were empty tables and tables that were dirty you pretty much had to clean up yourself.

We got our order before others so got their before us. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the young man who took accountability and helped us but he had curly vond hair with maybe blue or green eyes, very thin and tall. He was taking every table he could, when the other tables in both the bar areas and main were taken .

Sadly, I don't want to blame the workers but seemed like they needed more help. Hopefully they gat the help...

I recently ordered take-out from Buffalo Wild Wings, expecting quality and good service. Unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfying. The food was for the Cowboys game I had on and I had friends over. To say the least it was embarrassing to have them eat what I had brought home.

When I arrived to pick up my order, I checked my order to make sure it was done the way I had requested. The staff member was unhelpful and argued with me about they can only cook food to a certain temperature and not more. Specifically, I like my onion rings extra extra crispy just shy of being well done. Finally, they agreed to cook the onion rings longer and said that was all they could do. In my opinion they still were not done enough and not sure they were even cooked more. I received my bag that felt barely warm to the touch. When I got home, I discovered the wings were lukewarm at best and very dry, almost as if they were running out of the honey BBQ sauce I requested. The fries I ordered were barely warm as if they’d been sitting out for a while. The whole meal was unappealing.

I didn’t call the restaurant to let them know because at that point I no longer wanted the order I had received and didn’t want to deal with staff that had already given me a difficult time. For a place known for its wings, I was really disappointed to end up with food that felt warm at best and service that felt even worse.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend the take-out experience here. Cold food and argumentative staff just aren’t worth it to the paying customer. Hopefully, they can work on their take-out service and...

Today is a sad day in deed, tried to take my girlfriend to her favorite place to enjoy wings to cheer her up after a long day. keep in mind that we live in Donna, and we go all the way to this location as this is the only one that usually has great service and great quality of food but today that all changed. Today is the day we're we had a server named Jessica that seemed like she didn't want to work there. we took our seats at an avaliable table, which was slightly dirty we asked if it could be clean, she said sure let me get someone, she disappeared didn't show back up for 10 min. another server came up and asked if someone was helping us, we should have said no and got a new server, but instead we gave her a chance, that server was nice and did help us out but Jessica who seemed to have forgoten us finally came back. We ordered everything in one go. Not only did she seemed irritated when we asked for some refills after several minutes of not having any service. she finally showed up and brought us only half of our order, when we asked where the other half of our order her attitude was really showing as she snarkly said "their still working on it" we didn't even get plates with our wings, when the wedges finally came out 15 minutes later they weren't even what we ordered. This place which usually a great place, even wroth coming all the way from a different city had let us down by a single person who either didn't want to work their or wanted to actively get fired.
