Northcross Shopping Center — Local services in McAllen

There's lots of good shops in this mall but the Navy Army Credit Union is NOT one of them. We sold our boat to a young man who used them to finance it. On the first visit we had to wait over three hours to be told we'd have to come back the following working day to get our money. No, a week later we got the call that the check was ready. Again, we waited three hours to get a check cut. It should have been ready and waiting! I complained not like a Karen but with my "teacher voice" about their ineptness, lack of regard for customers, and inability to process payouts in a timely manner. I would advise you NOT to use this...

This place is an amazing store to buy some limited edition vinyl record's. Especially if you're a movie addict such as I. Their return policy for vinyl record's is ridiculous in my opinion they won't let you return it to get you money back at least after you open it to examine the vinyl for any scratches which is normal to do....vinyl gets scratched sometimes by shipping or employee's mishandling them or even if a customer mishandles them they're fragile vinyl record's.

But all In all great experience...
