I went into the buddy Owen’s location about 7:30 pm and asked for the $5.00 special. Incidentally my friend and I order 2 of them identical with the exception that his would be modified so I asked them to be separated for easier identification. When my burger came out is was completely wrong. I voiced my concern unbeknownst to me the person I was speaking so was the manager Chris! She was not happy! She stormed out in a fury and asked for a bacon cheeseburger but not before biting my head off and lecturing me! lol, I asked for the store managers name and a store phone number and she said no… the number doesn’t work! Oh,listen to this !!!! She actually left the very keys that open the register and to the store and other crucial areas of the restaurant particularly the counter registers in full view and easily and readily accessible to anyone who wants or decides to get them essentially putting the safety of her customers at risk! Read moreEvery Wednesday, I go through the drive-through and order the same thing. As I slowly order in a clear voice, the same drive-through attendant seems to key in an incorrect order. When I see it on the order board outside, I always get an attitude from the attendant when I correct the order she keyed in. When I get to the pick-up window, I am greeted with an upset looking face that rarely says anything. I get charged, and maybe after I say thank you, once in a blue moon, I might get a forced thank you in return. I just feel that this young lady really doesn't want to be there. Or at least that is the vibe I get every time. This attitude is a mood killer. Maybe management should consider placing this person in another position where she doesn't have to deal with customers. I went tonight and I understand drive-thru has a time they have to remain under, it could be a 2 minute mark idk however much time they have, but there’s no reason why “customer service” has to be forgotten. The cashier who took my order tonight was so short with me that it came off rude I’m not sure if she was just trying to speed it up or that’s how she always is or if she’s having a bad day whatever the case it’s not difficult to display a better attitude.
