I got there and there was zero cars in front of me or behind me. I told the cashier/barista I had an online order and within milliseconds realized I had accidentally forgotten to press the order button. I told the lady I was sorry and that I could wait in the parking lot or go around again and 2 employees told me not to do that “next time” because it “takes time” to make the order…she called me “my love” in a way that felt sarcastic. She took about 20 seconds to make my drink…I don’t understand why they made such a big deal about it. The whole ordeal took less than a minute. As she gave it to me she proceeded to tell me once again to not do that “next time”. Honestly it was pretty irritating as there was no other customers around… I would’ve understood had there been a long line. The drink was way too sweet (I ordered a 1/2 sweet Annihilator which is supposedly one of the less sweet ones). I don’t understand the hype. Uncomfortable visit. There will be no “next time”. We just got out of church and we stop by at dutch bro because my daughter been suggested to get dutch bros. And we got meet with the most wonderful human person to ever exist named Briana! She show such showmanship and she also eluded so much confidence with her customer service skills and she knows a lot of the items there In the menu and she was able to give us drinks that would be good for us!
And to our suprised it was delicious the drink! Way better than Starbucks and I'm a huge fan of Starbucks but Briana is making me changed to dutch bro only!
If the boss or owner is seeing this promote Briana! She's a exceptional coworker and ill be coming...

When I arrived back at 8:20am she let me know they didn’t make it because he left. I asked her if they could make it again and she said it would be 20 minutes. I asked why, that it was supposed to be ready by 7:21am she says everyone else had been waiting since 7:21am as well. How could that be? I can understand short staffed but the attitude was uncalled for.
